Electricity: Included for normal use. Only exceptional consumption is billed at cost after checkout — we read the meter at check-in and check-out. Stays over 28 nights use a refundable electricity deposit, settled against actual use.

Daily housekeeping refresh included — a light daily tidy (beds, trash, common areas, bathroom restock, fresh towels), not a deep clean. Stays of 28+ nights receive a weekly deep clean instead of the daily refresh.
