An activity centre plan has been endorsed for the old Boral site that will make it the focus of a significant station adjoining mixed use, retail and residential development.
Mills Park is a state of the art community facility set in beautifully landscaped surrounds with expansive nature play opportunity. The facility offers halls and gathering spaces, a café, sports premises and an array of sporting facilities.
The nearby Greater Brixton Street Wetlands host the most biodiverse flora on the Swan Coastal Plain, and link to the Greater Brixton Street Wetlands and the Darling Scarp
