Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below:
- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No trailer parking
- Additional fees and taxes may apply (ie. early check-in / late check-out pending availability).
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- In 2026 balcony repair and north seawall/ramp under construction.

These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.
*****Please note, BUILDING AMENITIES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool). In addition, this unit's balcony will be closed for repairs / concrete restoration from 4/25/26 to 7/23/26 (subject to change).
The Pirate's Cove building has some after effects caused by the previous hurricanes that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Pirate's Cove management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does NOT manage OR have any control over the Pirate's Cove building (OR) its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay OR if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door at Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. ***

A little corner of paradise, this newly renovated and decorated condo has what it takes to give you a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Take in all the sites of the Ocean, River and City from it's 4th floor private balcony! The condo unit features a Queen size bed with a reading lamp on each side, sleeper sofa that converts to a Full size bed, a dinette for 4 people which can be used as a workstation, lots of charging stations for your devices, ceiling fan, 42" smart TV with cable and free secured WiFi. Bathroom has tub/shower combo and hairdryer. Linens and bath towels included.
The new updated kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator w/ an ice-maker, a flat four-burner glass stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, plates, and utensils. Also, features a 2 top dinette, 23" TV and a Twin sleeper sofa to accommodate 1 adult (or) 2 small children.
Pirate’s Cove has a laid-back atmosphere and is a staple in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores conveniently located at the intersection of Dunlawton and A1A as you come over the bridge. This location is within walking distance to a miniature golf course, fish market, restaurants, bars and the Sunglow Pier with Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill! In addition a Starbucks is located just a block away among a 24 hour CVS across street! Everything is here needed to have the perfect vacation!
