Inside, the studio features a plush queen bed, a full bathroom with modern finishes, and a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, and coffee station—perfect for light meals or morning coffee. A cozy seating area with TV makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Set in a peaceful Sedona neighborhood surrounded by red rock formations, Cimarron Butte Studio places you right at the edge of nature while still close to town. Guests can access scenic hiking trails and famous vortex sites within minutes, while Sedona’s vibrant downtown—filled with galleries, boutique shops, and restaurants—is just a short drive away. The area is quiet, welcoming, and ideal for those looking to experience Sedona’s beauty in a serene setting.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Sedona and the surrounding Verde Valley. Covered parking is included with your stay. Downtown Sedona is just a few minutes away, offering shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Nearby trails and natural landmarks are easily accessible by car, and day trips to destinations like Oak Creek Canyon, Jerome, or Montezuma Castle are all within easy reach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available but may be limited in Sedona, so driving is recommended



Other Things to Note:

• Separate Accommodations for Privacy: The property includes both an Upper Terrace Unit and a Lower Studio, each with its own private entrance and designated parking to ensure a comfortable and private stay.



• Shared Amenities: Guests enjoy access to a BBQ patio and fire pit lounge. These common areas are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be enjoyed alongside other guests.



• Sedona Dark Sky Ordinance: To help preserve Sedona’s world-renowned night skies, we ask that all outdoor recessed lighting be turned off after dark. Low-level pathway lighting is provided for safe movement in the evenings.



• Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your stay.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
