We had the unfortunate timing with our booking that coincided with a large fire in the area, so we were most of the time staying indoors in the unit. The TVs were so cumbersome to use due to the slow UI response as you navigate channels or other streaming services. The living room TV in particular was a major struggle and we gave up.The unit was otherwise nice and well supplied for our short getaway.

Condo is great but the fireplace didn’t work and the hot water heater was shared with other units and didn’t have not hot water for us to take two showers in a row.

Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have been happy to address both right away. The fireplace issue was a simple fix — the gas had been turned off by a prior guest — and we could have resolved that quickly while you were on site. This is also the first we’ve heard of any hot water issues. The unit has its own dedicated hot water tank and is not shared with other units, but we will absolutely be looking into this to ensure everything is functioning properly for future guests. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
