Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham

24 Acres of secluded St. Thomas Bliss.
Limetree is nestled on a secluded Caribbean beach at the southern end of the island,
making this is an idyllic oceanside spot for couples and smaller families. Free of crowds and commercialized tourist areas, you'll find this resort offers you many of the same on-site amenities and activities that are at the more frequented locations, but in a residential style environment. The surrounding area includes only a few private homes, and the beach is wide open and much less crowded than typical Caribbean hotspots, lending the resort an atmosphere of exclusivity. There's a free form pool with a swim-up bar, tennis, courts, fitness center and some of the best snorkeling you will do on the island; right on property.

If you prefer your St. Thomas vacation free of crowds, this resort is the best of both worlds — it’s tucked away with plenty to do on-site, but close to Charlotte Amalie and other island attractions.

Ocean view studio units include updated appointments, kitchen and balcony and can comfortably sleep up to 4. These suites include defined dining space, utensils, most kitchen necessities and a full or mini fridge. Self-serve laundry on property. Also enjoy free Wi-Fi across the resort.
+++Please know there are 3 separate units I'm able to reserve at this location. Studios, studio deluxes and Studio lofts. All have similar appointments but the lofts offer upper level bedroom privacy, but do include stairs. I can not guarantee what unit will be available but IF you prefer a certain suite, please let me know and I will do my best to reserve the best unit for your needs.

U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.
There is also a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite per unit

These 2 charges total $50 a day charge, which you'll find at nearly all St. Thomas resorts. It's an effort to recoup all the loss from recent hurricane damage. Thank you for supporting their efforts!

Wonderful Beach Resort!

We had an amazing time staying at Limetree Beach Resort! The booking process was super easy and the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with, also very prompt and kind. The check-in/check-out process was also super easy. The grounds are absolutely beautiful!! The private beach is very relaxing and the pool with the swim up bar is awesome. Very chill and relaxed vibe. There aren’t very many options for breakfast or for snacks once the pool bar closes, but as long as you are prepared for that it isn’t a big deal. Very family friendly and fun. Highly recommend!

Went for Our Anniversary

Property was awesome and very relaxing. Grounds were well kept, with great access to the beach and pool with swim up bar. Resort staff was very helpful and friendly. Host Mandi kept in gret communication and responsive to any questions. Would absolutely stay in this booking again.

What a lovely beach. The units are vwry nice annd well kept and the restaurant is fabulous. The only drawback is the property is under staffed. E.G. the pool area is messy if people aren’t throwing away their trash.

Great Island Getaway

Property is in a great location on St. Thomas. Rooms and property were very well maintained. Beautiful view from the room! It is a time share, so they will make an optional sales pitch but not pushy. Enjoyed the on site restaurant. Host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay in St Thomas! The updated decor is beautiful! It is centrally located between all the hotspots with a beautiful beach and pool. The food and drinks at the Resturant were amazing every night. I just wish they would have some sort of breakfast ( my big boys woke up hungry LOL)

Fantastic Resort! Exceptional Amenities!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham on the beautiful and enchanting island of St. Thomas. The property is beautifully kept and well manicured. The on-site restaurants are great as well and the pool is fantastic. The beach front is very nice too although it’s quite rocky, we still had fun in the water. For beach goers, I’d recommend taking a cab to Magens Bay and also Trunk Bay in St. John (you won’t regret it). Our accommodations were spacious and well appointed. Very clean and nicely maintained. We spent 5 days here and we had an excellent time! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay, that’s got great on-site facilities and is just a short cab ride away from anywhere on the island. We hired a driver and the experience was absolutely awesome! I would like to highly recommend the Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham. It is a great place to stay. The staff (including the awesome administrative, security / groundskeepers and housekeeping personnel) and our wonderful booking agent were all very responsive and amazing!

Great place.

Great place to stay. Clean. BUT it is a time share and they pitch you at check in. Was not expecting that. And the sales person was good. He didn’t take no, just kept offering other things. But I am 100% not interested. So just started off on the wrong foot. I want to go to the pool. Hang out. Relax. Not sit in a lobby for an hour getting pitched!! Everything else was GREAT. Staff friendly. Needed more towels. Had them delivered in less than 15 minutes! Place clean. Female Pool Bartender was amazing. Super sweet. Friendly and great drinks!

Relaxing getaway!!!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway! We thoroughly loved this property and would definitely stay there again. We typically love action areas/resorts, but decided against it for this trip. We loved the peaceful, low key feel! The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous and we were right at home with the chickens, roosters and iguanas!! The rocks entering the ocean did hurt but I heard that is the story at most properties. The beach area is great though! We did arrive late due to air delays and I would recommend to the property that they consider doing a "welcome basket" of some sort. We were in need of water and a simple snack and unfortunately, everything was closed. But that did not take away from our enjoyment the rest of the week!!! We got lucky with our view as a certain unit isn't guaranteed. Mandi was awesome to work with and was in communication with us the entire time! Huge shout out to BlueZone Massage, Rashel and Jim, who came to our property on the beach for a phenomenal massage!!

Check your listing

We thought we were renting a studio loft bedroom that has the bedroom up the stairs. Unfortunately, we got the studio that does not work with our different sleep schedules. The resort was completely booked so there was no changing it. Mandi did her best to accommodate but there was nothing that could be done. We all learned a valuable lesson. As the host, you can't make assumptions. As the renter, I needed to make sure I got what was listed. Although, we would have slept better with the loft bedroom, we did enjoy the resort. It was very clean and well kept. Just a note: the restaurants and pool bar do not charge to your room. Bring your cash or credit card to get food and drink at pool. We would consider returning with the correct room. Mandi did make it right for us and we appreciate it.

Limetree Vacation

The property is stunning and the staff is friendly. We were greeted with rum punch and smiles upon arrival. The concierge Pam gave amazing recommendations for excursions and places to eat. When we had a small issue with the unit we reached out to Amanda and she called maintenance and the issue was taken care of right away. Over all we had a great stay and we would love to come back.

Take a break!

My husband and I traveled to St. Thomas from Boston. The flight was direct and we arrived mid-afternoon. The airport was busy and we wanted to get out of there quickly. A taxi was waiting right outside the door and whisked us to the Limetree Beach resort. The hotels along the way did not look so inviting, but when we got to the Limetree, it looked pristine. The grounds are well cared for with beautiful plantings and walkways across the property. The staff was friendly and (luckily) we didn't feel pressured to participate in the timeshare schpeel and offers. We checked right in and were delivered to our unit in a golf cart. The space was a studio with a loft bedroom - this was more spacious than the other room set up with a bed in the living space - more like a condo and less like a hotel room. Everything was clean and the bed was crazy comfortable. We were in our suits and out on the beach within minutes. There was a small market to buy some expensive provisions. We just got some cereal, coffee, and milk for breakfast in the room and ate at the restaurant and pool bar the rest of the time. The Lanai menu was great. Try the tuna taco - YUM. Our favorite feature was the sheltered cabanas with seats and lounge chairs looking out over the cove. We went on one excursion to Magan's beach across the island and out to dinner a couple of evenings. Otherwise, we just relaxed at the resort. We snorkeled right off the beach and had our fair share of rum punch. We would like to thank Amanda profusely for her guidance, great communication, and friendliness throughout the VRBO experience. We really needed some sunshine and a quick and painless trip, and this was just the answer. Enjoy!

Could have stayed longer...

Private setting and private beach for guests. Was not overly crowded which was what we wanted. Resort was clean and staff was courteous. The pool had a swim up bar which made great cocktails and had great food as well. Renovated in 2017! There are 2 restaurants on the resort that are connected but have separate entrances- the steakhouse was a great for a more intimate meal, where the other one is more casual. If I were to make a suggestion, I'd recommend they have a place to buy hot coffee on the resort if you didn't want to make it in your rooms. . ( I love coffee that I don't have to make) I do wish they'd consider opening the more casual dinning area for breakfast for us folks that don't want to cook in our rooms. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered my questions timely. :) Thanks Amanda .

Amazing

This was our 1st time to St Thomas. The property was absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. The staff was very helpful for all our needs. The 2 restaurants were top notch. We will definitely be coming back to lime tree. Thank you for everything.

Had a few hiccups at the beginning but Amanda mad it very smooth! Staff was very nice and helpful!! Overall fantastic stay! No regrets!! Beach is rocky and phone service is choppy but this was an amazing trip!!
