Omaha Beach House (pet friendly)

Experience the ultimate Omaha dream this summer, at this luxurious beach house only 2 mins walk from the beach. The opulent open plan living configuration is perfect for families, leading out to a covered deck complete with dining, lounge, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pool/spa. The house boosts 5 double bedrooms, plus a bunk room + roll away bed, and 3 bathrooms, so there is plenty of room for everyone + pets.

Pets are allowed with prior approval.
Golf clubs, bike and kids surf boards included!

The large open plan living space is the heart of this home, equipped with bi-fold doors folding back, allowing excellent flow to the gorgeous outdoor living spaces.

Bedroom 1:
The large Master bedroom is separate from the main house and is located next to the swimspa, and has its own ensuite with WC and Vanity.

Bedroom 2:
Located off the living room, and with bi-fold doors overlooking the deck and swimspa.

Bedroom 3:
Located off the hallway, with heaps of privacy and overlooking a more private part of the outdoor space.

Rumpus Room / Bedroom 4 & 5:
This large stylish rumpus room is ideal for large groups, teenagers and children. The space is open plan with a couch, bunk beds, and lead to two private double bedroom spaces (Bedroom 4 & 5)(note without doors). A roll away bed is also available upon request. There is a small ensuite bathroom with shower servicing this space.

Main Bathroom:
The main bathroom is located off the living room, and has a large bathtub with separate shower.

Outdoors is perfect for unwinding during summer after a day on the beach. With a large outdoor dining table with fire, louvretech shade, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, couches, sun loungers, and even a lawn for the kids and pets to play on, there is more than enough space for everyone to sit back and relax. The swim spa is also a great place to hang out and relax, or turn on the current for a bit of exercise!

There are two off-street parking spaces available on the driveway and well as boat parking.

A championship 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, bowling greens, kids’ playgrounds, reserves and walking & cycling tracks complete the family activities that round out this idyllic coastal playground. Omaha Beach is flanked by world class cafes, restaurants, galleries, vineyards, farmers’ markets and the charming town of Matakana.

PET POLICY:
Pets with prior approval
$250 pet fee per booking.
Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin
Pets not allowed on furniture
Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours
Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)
Guests are liable for any and all any damages by the pet including but not limited to will not scratch the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
There is a strict NO PARTY policy at the property. Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay at the house. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Penalties apply if this booking policy is no adhered to, The booking will be instantly cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the house.
