Tucked away on this peaceful wooded property sets this cozy Gambrel Cottage that offers the ideal retreat for those looking to slow down, relax, and reconnect with nature. Just up a 260 foot driveway sets this modern farmhouse with an amazing blend of exterior rustic charm and modern interior design. Beyond the yellow door you will step into a light-filled, living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen dining area and comfy living room.
Open the sliding door off the kitchen and step out onto your own private outdoor space, complete with a gas grill and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, perfect for late night laughs, stargazing, or toasting marshmallows!
Upstairs you'll find a spacious bedroom with direct access to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain views and listen to the sounds of nature while sipping your morning cup of java or winding down under the star lights.
You will also find a dedicated workspace and WIFI, your covered, whether your working remotely, streaming your favorite show, or simply unwinding.
For the nature lovers venture down the private trail on the property, ideal for morning walks and quiet moments. Take a walk down the country road 3/4 of a mile to see and listen to the peaceful sounds of the water.

I live in Westchester county which I’m in New York. My husband and I built the Gambrel Cottage which took pretty much every weekend for a year. We built this with our heart and soul and hope guests would call it a home away from home.

The Gambrel Cottage is located on the most unique roads in Catskill with breathtaking mountain views and calming sounds of water. Not to mention it’s centrally located to Hunter, Windham, Saugerties , Hudson ,Kingston and Woodstock. If you plan on venturing out a little further 45 minutes to Albany where there is shopping galore. The location is a gem!
