Denne dejlige, sympatiske lejlighed i Maisonette ligger den 3. Etage i en lille bygning i Zürich by.
10 minutter til fods fra Hallenstadion, midt i et roligt kvarter og stadig tæt på offentlig transport (sporvogn nr. 7,9,10,14) samt butikker, lørdagsmarked, restauranter.

Lejligheden har en stor stue med pejs og spisestue, Swisscom TV, musikanlæg. WiFi og balkon. 1 soveværelse med en 160 cm seng til 2 personer, veludstyret køkken med opvaskemaskine, keramisk kogeplade, ovn, mikroovn og lille køkken balkon og brus / toilet. På øverste etage, under taget, 2 soveværelser med 2 senge hver, en åben plads med en 140 cm seng som børneværelse med legeplads, nyt badeværelse med lille bruser og toilet.

Lejligheden ligger den 3. Etage (uden elevator) i en lille gade i kvarteret, meget roligt og sikkert boligområde i forhold til den katolske kirke. En parkeringsplads er tilgængelig for vores gæster.

A nice apartment, well furnished with all the items to make the stay homely. Located in a nice area with good availability of convenance stores and restaurants. Accommodating host!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Zurich! While the place was a little farther away from old town, it was very close to transportation (buses and trains). The apartment itself was very nice and would recommend!

Swiss Stay

The location on Magdalen Straße was perfect. It was quiet and easy to make our way into town via Bus and Tram. We would stay there again , lots of room for 6 of us ( two kids, 4 adults)

The apartment was just perfect and exactly as advertised. In a nice neighborhood with great access to restaurants, groceries and train station.

Great Zürich Experience

We stayed in the studio and larger upstairs apartment. Great accommodations, communication, and location near restaurants, grocery, and transportation. We will be back.

Rounding out our Swiss adventure

We ended our two week family vacation in Zurich and stayed at this wonderful place. It was just as described and definitely roomy, to fit our party of 6. The location is great and an easy walk to the bus or tram stop that can take you anywhere in Zurich. The owners were great and very accommodating, would recommend this place to anybody visiting Zurich!

Family trip

We had 8 adults & had a wonderful stay at the apartment/masionnette. We are all family ( 2 couples & 4 single adults) & the space worked great for us. We loved the balcony in front. It was our favorite place to relax. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean & room. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it.

Vacation Stay

We had a very nice stay. The property was perfect for our family of 5 - and the upstairs is a great kids' space. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very centrally located - just a quick tram ride to the city - so you're near everything yet just far enough away to have a quiet retreat. I highly recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again!

Large and comfortable

Me and my family, had great stay in the apartment. It was very comfortable with lots of space for the four of us. The apartment is well decorated and the furniture is fresh and new. We also loved Zurich and saw lots of it, there are many connections close to the apartment so it was easy to get around. Two thumbs up!!

A delightful stay in Zurich!!

The apartment was clean, and extremely well appointed. The kitchen had ample glassware, cups, plates and utensils. We used the dishwasher daily and also washed and dried clothes! An added plus with 2 boys!!! The balcony was perfect for cocktails and dinner. There's a COOP for grocery shopping just a 5 min walk. We had dinner at the Schnitzel House one night, and at Simsim another. Both recommended by our hosts. Food was delicious and service great at both locations. This was just perfect. What a fabulous place to stay for a visit in Zurich.

Great Place!

Everything was great! Super happy to be close by the Schniztelhaus! The upstairs bedroom only has a accordion style divider between the one room with 2 single beds and the other 2 single bed room. The shower upstairs is VERY tiny. Barely tall enough for any over 5’6. Other than that - everything was great!

Family vacation in Switzerland

We had a great visit in Switzerland. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is a 3rd floor walk up and a bit cozy for 5 adults but was very nice. We loved having a light dinner on the balcony after a day of exploring Switzerland. The top floor bedrooms were a bit of an adventure for our 6' 2" son but no problem for our other kids. The washer and dryer are in the basement and as others have said the dryer is not what Americans are used to, but there is a drying rack in the apartment that we used most of the time. The neighborhood is very quiet and not very far from a tram or bus stop. Even the Zurich Oerlikon train station is not an extremely long walk. We had a great visit.

Julie and I had a great time. Your apartment was perfect. We had several friends over for an apero and caught up on all the news. We went to market and visited all our favorite restaurants. I did make it to Rikon to the factory store. I went by train and it wasn't far by foot to the location. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed. Success!! I would be happy to write a review and hope to see you again in the future. I will forward a copy of this to Julie Lorenz as she lives in another state so she can review as well. Great apartment for families

This is a very nice property and worked great for our 8 day stay in Zurich. We traveled with 5 younger children and the upper unit (converted attic) was perfect for them while we had privacy on the main floor. The building is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with lots families around. There is a church right across the street and we enjoyed the charming clock tower. We made ample use of the comfortable balcony for our meals and breaks. There is a Coop grocery store within a few minutes of walk for all basic needs and a larger shopping area with many restaurants close by, all walking distance. The bus and tram stops are very conveniently located and public transportation is impressive in Zurich and in the rest of the country. We rented a minivan for our trip and parking space next to the building was a big plus. Our host was very nice and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Lovely Apartment, Good area, Great communication

Our family of 5 - Mom and dad and 3 young adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Oerlikon apartment. The apartment is cuter than the photos depict. Lovely terrace looking out at the church, cute breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen. Just a short walk to transportation. Church bells ringing across the way were lovely. (Some may not see this as a positive, but we did!) We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining. Communication with the owner was easy, and the results were great. Very pleased with the response time! The whole family was very pleased with the home. Please note: The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor for Americans), so if you are not able to walk up more than two flights of stairs, take note as there is no elevator. We look forward to renting this apartment again!

Schöne Weihnachtstage mit der Familie

Wir haben 1 Woche mit unserem Sohn, seiner Frau und unseren 4 Enkelkindern in Zürich in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht.Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir können diese Ferienwohnung immer weiter empfehlen. Sie ist groß genug (wir waren 8 Personen), sehr gemütlich, liegt in einem schönen Viertel und es gibt alle Bequemlichkeiten die wir benötigt haben.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wahr super. Sie hat sofort geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.Zur Innenstadt sind wir mit der Straßenbahn gefahren, das war schön, man konnte gleich etwas von der Stadt sehen.Vielen Dank nochmals an die Vermieterin und alles Gute!!!Familie Kirste

Idealer Ausgangspunkt unserer Tagestouren

Prima, dass es in Zürich auch Ferienwohnungen für 4 Pärchen gibt. So konnten wir drei tolle Tage rund um Zürich verbringen und dies auch finanziell stemmen. Unsere Vermieter haben wir zwar nicht sehen können, aber die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt. Wir hatten nur etwas Mühe, unsere Koffer über die enge Wendeltreppe in das Dachgeschoss zu bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt auch für Selbstversorger wie uns optimal. Vielen Dank an Monica und Leandra

Great location

We arrived and checked in seamlessly. The location was brilliant and in close proximity to shops, restaurants and public transport. We felt very settled quite quickly. The masionette was a little cold when we first arrived (it could have been that it had not been rented/heated for a few days), but over the duration of our stay, the temperature improved and we were quite comfortable. The owners were responsive to emails. We thoroughy enjoyed our trip to Zuricu.

Great place for work/play

The location was good for my work at U Zurich, and for getting onto the train system (~15 minute walk either way). Lots of grocery stores nearby to cut down on food costs. Comfortable size for our family of five, watch your head upstairs if you are tall. Church bells do persist until late and start early, but that didn't bother us. We liked that it was close enough to get where we needed to go, but removed enough to avoid noisy crowds. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Zurich property!

We stayed here in early October 2022 and were completely pleased with the two story apartment! Everything the two of us needed was on one floor which was great. The large upstairs area was a bonus for us and we talked about coming back with friends. There is plenty of room and beds. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the nook area was perfect for relaxing with coffee. The den and dining area are very spacious and we spread out comfortably for our stay. The bathroom had plenty of storage area for incidentals, and the shower had great water pressure and body sprays too! The bedroom was large with a desk I used for a makeup area, and there was more than enough closet space and drawers. It is a very quiet place in a great neighborhood across from a church. The owners suggested restaurants were great! A must-try is the Schnitzelhaus around the corner. It’s a 15 minute tram ride into the city center, and we also used Uber for a short ride as well. The owner was very responsive and we could not have enjoyed the property more. We would definitely stay here again!

The palace is exactly as described

The place was very clean and location is about 15-minute drive from the city center. The only thing that one had to take into account is upstairs. The stairs to get to the upper floor is spiral and very tight hance taking up and down suitcases is a slight challenge depending on age and fitness further the upper bathroom shower is suited for kids or people who are not taller then 160 I'm. So that we all used the downstairs shower. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. And although we never physically encountered our landlord the communication with her was very good and fast. If one can accommodate the restrictions of the upstairs I totally this property

Quiet neighborhood but easy access to city

We were 6 friends from around the globe meeting up. Communication with owner was quick and easy. It was extremely easy to get to the property from the airport and then great access from there into the city on the Tram. Also, there was a close grocery store and restaurants. The property is clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and lus
