By booking and/or staying at this property, the Guest acknowledges and agrees

to the following:



The property includes a bunk bed, which may not be suitable for all ages or

physical abilities. The top bunk is recommended for individuals aged 6 and

older only. Use of the bunk bed is at the Guest’s own risk.



The property owner and/or property manager shall not be held liable for any

injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of using the bunk

bed, including but not limited to falls, entrapment, or misuse.



Guests are responsible for supervising children around the bunk bed at all

times. Climbing, jumping, or any unsafe behavior on or around the bunk bed is

strictly prohibited.



By using the bunk bed, the Guest agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the

property owner and/or property manager from any and all claims, liabilities,

damages, or expenses arising from its use.
