Our apartments are stocked with hand soap, shower gel and a starter tea and coffee supply at check-in; milk isn't included as a standard inclusion given its short shelf life between guests. We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the location was perfect as well. You can really tell the host puts effort into making guests feel at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Overall the stay was fine and definitely a plus point as it was so close to the beach. But the cleanliness could be better. We found hairs and lipstick stains on the bed linens and pillows. Our work around was to request couple more clean linens and slept on top of them.

The correct approach is to report this immediately on arrival so replacement linen can be supplied and the matter can be addressed with our cleaning team. Our terms also require issues to be raised on the day they occur so we have the opportunity to rectify them during the stay. A rogue, booking site who use misleading information when advertising their accommodation! We chose this accommodation, as it was reasonably priced and was advertised as 4.6 km from Huskisson. It is 4.6 km if you have wings and can fly, but in reality it’s 30.7 km or 25 mins from Huskisson! There was absolutely no chance of a refund when we discovered the actual distance away.The accommodation was fairly new and clean, but there was no liquid soap in the container next to the vanity unit, plus no sponges to wipe up spills on the kitchenette bench.Very disappointed with Stayz and their misleading information. Will never use Stayz again for booking our accommodation.

The property location is provided on the listing, and guests are responsible for checking that the location suits their travel plans before booking. Distance measurements can vary depending on whether they are calculated by direct distance, road travel, or available local transport options, including the passenger ferry service across the bay. As the booking was made through a third-party platform, the applicable cancellation and refund terms are set by that platform and the booking conditions accepted at the time of reservation. We do not override those terms after arrival or after a guest changes their mind about location suitability. We note your comments regarding soap and kitchen sponges and will review those items with the housekeeping team. However, the broader concern raised here is with the booking platform’s distance display, not the quality, cleanliness, or accuracy of the accommodation itself.

A clean and tidy apartment, didn't have any shampoo in the container (empty). There was a mechanical misfunction in the bathroom overnight, causing a loud banging on 3 seperate occasions, when I phoned to report this the following day I could only leave a voice mail and no one returned my call. The banging occured once on the second night. I am unsure if it was the air-con (we had it off in our appt) or, faulty pipework - whatever it was, it was loud enough to wake me and my 2 daughters each time from sleep!

It is indeed 6 mins from the beach, which is beautiful. We booked for 3 and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Rang the number and they initially said they would drop off some bedding, then quickly rang back and offered us a different apartment further down which was great. Good space and facilities. Great balcony overlooking the golf course where you can see Roos at night! Downsides were that we were Not convinced that the sofa bed sheet that was on it had been washed - maybe this had not been communicated with the cleaning staff after the last guests White is a brave choice of interior, the chairs in both apartments were looking a bit grubby!!

I was really disappointed with my stay at this holiday apartment. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in a bedroom. It was so strong that we couldn’t keep the windows closed. The atmosphere was just unpleasant. On top of that, we found out that there was an unlocked door from our side that led to a "staff only" area. This made us feel incredibly unsafe, knowing that anyone from the staff could enter our room at any time without our knowledge. Contacting host did nothing I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value your comfort and security.

On our arrival we didn’t have the key on the keybox, so we ended up waiting in the rain. The phone number provided answered quickly and they sent someone over to give us the door key. We didn’t end up waiting for too long, but being honest it wasn’t the best start for the weekend. Apartment was ok, like in the pictures. Few rubbish on the floor so the cleaning wasn’t the best and branches and leaves on the balcony. We didn’t have any shampoo in the shower, they had put 2 conditioners instead of any shampoo. No cutting board in the kitchen. Common entrance was shared with one other apartment, which meant you could hear all the noise from the hallway, when they opened the doors and also walls were not too soundproofed.

Très beau logement bien équipé et récent. L’emplacement est vraiment super près de la plage. Logement spacieux. Machine à laver. Cuisine bien équipée. La propreté pourrait être améliorée: les oreillers étaient tachés, les sols n’étaient pas impeccables et noircis, beaucoup de poussière sous le canapé.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.

Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
