An ENTIRE four-bedroom home ALL to yourself, just moments from Aldinga Beach and the iconic Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park. Perfect for a family getaway or holiday makers, the home comes fully furnished with a modern kitchen, spacious backyard, and open-plan living. With wineries, scenic walks, and the stunning coastline nearby, you can relax knowing that everything you could want is right at your fingertips.
The Space
This stunning property features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for unwinding in your home away from home. As you enter, a bright hallway greets you, leading to the ground-floor master bedroom with a plush king bed, mirrored built-in robes, and an ensuite bathroom boasting a shower, vanity, and toilet. Across the hall, you’ll find a built-in laundry with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Further down the hallway, the spacious open-plan living area invites you to relax with an 8-seater dining table, comfortable 3-seater sofa, and entertainment unit with TV. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the basic cookware and dinnerware you’ll need. An island bench with bar stool seating offers the perfect spot for casual meals or a morning coffee.

Both properties are equipped with all the amenities to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
This is a private home all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Garaged parking is available on site for up to two vehicles. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
