Whitianga is an ideal place to plan a getaway with the ocean at its front door and hills and bush, bring the family and explore. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place is a 3 minute walk to the ocean and an ideal home base for exploring the Coromandel Peninsula.

The Hideaway is 1 of 2 units on the property. You will be staying in the front unit. The shared driveway leads to your reserved private off-road parking space and you’ll have ample accessible public off-road parking for your group.

3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pet friendly.
The first bedroom has a Queen bed, with Ensuite and a second tv.
The second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom has a Single bed.

There is also a very comfortable fold out couch which may be available for an extra guest.

Take a break and choose whether to sit with your feet up out of the sun, walk to the beach for a swim or cruise to town to grab a bite to eat.

Whitianga township, just a 3 minute drive away, has all the conveniences you'll need: restaurants, cafes, bars, petrol, groceries, cinema and shopping.
Just 3 minutes walk to the beach everything you need is close and yet you are away from the hustle of town.
Boat ramp is just 3 minute drive and the Lost Springs resort is a one minute drive away.
Everything you need is close, while still being away from the full bustle of town.

Guests have privacy for their stay, we typically do not meet or visit the guests during the bookings.
However we are available to call or text at any time if you have questions!

Quality Linen Hire is included with your booking, providing sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face cloths and tea towels.

However, we do ask that the home is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition,
> the bbq if used is to be left clean;
> dishes to be cleaned and put away;
> rubbish and recycling needs to be taken or sorted into the recyvling systems as described in house manual**

Pets are welcome! - but please dry them off before they are let inside.
Pets to please be kept off the furniture. Please let us know about your intention to bring a pet as fees may apply.
Hot water and power will all be on when you arrive.

LINEN HIRE: is included in your booking. This provides good quality sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, face clothes and tea towels for your stay.

A pet fee of $55 per pet per stay applies to all bookings.

We do ask you help us keep this a pet friendly property by keeping dogs off the furniture. By keeping wet Dogs outside until they are dry (towels provided) and by picking up after your pet (bags provided). Thank you!

NOISE:
You will be staying in a residential area so it is expected you would be respectful of all your neighbours during your stay. Please be considerate and keep noise to a reasonable volume between 12.30pm and 6am.
We hope for the best from our neighbours in return, however, we take can't promise! If you are experiencing excessive or intrusive noise from your neighbours during your stay, we would appreciate knowing about this. For immediate action, we recommend contacting local authorities.

We want you to have a good time at our bach and relax with your group, but there are a few restrictions that are not permitted in our home or on the property:
No PARTIES - No DRUGS - No FIRES

There is NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home. While you can smoke outside, please keep all your cigarette butts contained and remove them with your rubbish when you leave.

You can relax! as a departure clean fee is included in your booking. However, please note you are still responsible for a few things before you leave:

Dishes should be washed and put away.
