The Space:

The front unit of 2, the hideaway has 3 bedrooms, first bedroom with Queen bed and Ensuite.

2nd bedroom with King bed

3rd bedroom single bed.

2 full bathrooms one with shower over bath, toilet and basin and 2nd bedroom (ensuiite) with shower and toilet.

Patio access, enclosed space for pets and little ones to be safe.

Ample parking in front of the home and 1 space down the drive.

Storage in the garage for gear and a spare fridge for those loner stays.



Locations within 5 minutes:

Drive to Whitianga township with cafes, bars petrol, groceries, cinema and shopping



The Lost Springs hot pools, spa and resort just 1 minute drive



Boat ramp is just 3 minute drive



Buffalo Beach

3 minutes walk to Buffalo beach - pet friendly / though restricted hours on leash in the peak summer.

From the Hideaway - Everything you need is close and yet you are away from the hustle of town.

Lost Springs resort is a one minute drive away.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full use of the front 3 bedroom unit,

including garage. Parking available in the front section, and 1 private park down the driveway.



The back unit is privately owned so we ask all guests are respectful with space and noise.

Other Things to Note:

** A Departure Clean is included in all stays**

However, we do ask that the home is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition and we ask for a few things to be done before you go



> the bbq if used is to be left clean;

> dishes to be cleaned and put away;

> rubbish and recycling needs to be taken or sorted into the recycling systems as described in house manual**

Quality Linen Hire is included with your cleaning fee - providing sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face cloths and tea towels.



No parties, No events, Smoking outside only.



Pets are welcome! - but please dry them off before they are let inside.

Pets to please be kept off the furniture. Please let us know about your intention to bring a pet as fees may apply.

Guests have privacy for their stay, we typically do not meet or visit the guests during the bookings.

However we are available to call or text at any time if you have questions!
