The apartment is advertised as child-friendly, but the only child-friendly feature we noticed was a safety gate at the stairs. There was no other equipment for children. Overall, the apartment is only suitable for two people. In addition: it is rather dated and urgently needs renovation. And communication with the host was also slow and difficult.

Great place that fit our needs. We were away most of the time during the days doing various activities and this place suited our needs for a quiet place to unwind and sleep and get ready to go again in the morning.

My only disappointing Vrbo. Upon late arrival: no TP, no bedroom AC, previous occupants bathroom trash left behind, multiple burnt out light bulbs, 2nd person shower no hot water, litter box undertones especially in bedroom. I’m always a supporter of small business, but basics were not met with this listing. Not recommended, especially for the high seasonal prices of Canmore.

The home has everything you need for a basic stay. It’s a smaller place but everything you need to crash the night and explore the town in the day. It is on the outskirts of Canmore and the furthest from Banff. But if you’re willing to drive an extra 10 minutes into Banff for an unbeatable price, this is the place for you.

Not impressed at all!! Way overpriced compared to what other people had for similar or lower price. Half the ceiling lights were burned out, wallpaper peeling, hair balls in toilet and plugged toilet upon check in, bed was super uncomfortable, and the stair treads going up are so small, be careful. Would never stay here again for even 100/night that close to Banff. Sorry host, but pics are deceiving. Host was decent to work with but save your money people and find another place!

The suite is roomy and comfortable and clean and the site is close enough to the main part of Canmore. Most necessities have been thought through and are provided. Entry is a bit confusing at first sight (office at ground level is NOT related to the suites above), but once you know, it doesn't present any problems. Could use slightly better lighting and improvement on the TV (size) and shower (maybe an adjustable bar/showerhead) but by no means a deal breaker.

We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in some areas of the suite.The floor was not very clean..see picture of my slippers below….zoom in to see how soiled the floors were.Also..we didn’t put the heat on when we noticed the amount of dust on the vents…see picture below and zoom in The entrance to the location (parking area) had empty food containers and food wrappers blowing around where you enter the building. Our stay here was okay however, we will not book here again…very disappointing !

Was informed that the bed was damaged by the previous occupants and that the property owner had ordered a replacement bed but wouldn’t be there for a few days. He then stated that he would refund our money if we chose to relocate but at 11:30 pm that was not an option. I said he could refund half of the room rate rather than relocating which I thought that was a fair deal. I’ve had no messages returned to us so far

(1)We did not see the host.There were no bath towels apart for ONE for 4. days.TV was not working with any channels.I would never want to book this place again.
