Less than a 2 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, this pool home, located west of US41 and south of Bonita Beach Road, is perfect for couples looking to quietly retreat. A private, lush garden surrounds the home. The screened in lanai, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining, faces south. The second floor balcony offers a stunning sunset view over the bay and Gulf!

Separate desks available for use in the upstairs loft area and the primary bedroom, perfect for those bringing their laptops for remote work. The home has two upstairs and two downstairs bedrooms plus an outdoor shower cabin in addition to the pool deck shower. The downstairs suite and the additional downstairs guest bedroom both offer direct access to the lanai and pool. The large primary bedroom upstairs has its own additional vanity space in the walk in closet, in addition to the his and her bathroom sink spaces in the shared upstairs bathroom. A fourth bedroom with two twin beds is located upstairs. This home is great for families looking to split the upstairs and downstairs for sleeping arrangements.

* 3 night minimum stay in off season. One month minimum stay in season (January - March). February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented. No open days in between reservations.
* One small dog under 35 lbs. can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
* For safety, security, and property protection, this home may be equipped with exterior security cameras and/or video doorbells located around the outside of the property.
