The interior aesthetic is minimalist and polished, anchored by a unique designer kitchen. Equipped with a vibrant red fridge, a two-burner cooktop, and a countertop oven, it provides everything needed for effortless, modern living.

Designed with the remote professional or student in mind, both bedrooms offer a peaceful environment for rest and focused work:

✅ Second Bedroom: Offers a cozy twin bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for a guest or a secondary home office.
✅ Bathroom: A spa-like experience with a spacious, modern walk-in shower.

Parking: 2 parking spaces are included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Don't forget that we are a Canadian company, and you may be seeing our rates converted to USD. On the last page before you confirm, you can see the cost breakdown, and it will show you both Canadian and USD rates. We accept direct payments with all the major credit cards except for Amex.

Important notes:
Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. Send us an email or a message via CheckedIn, and we will respond with rates based on your preferred length of stay and details.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from CheckedIn before your arrival, where you will receive detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
