This gorgeous 4 bedroom 3.5 bath waterfront home located on Pine Avenue is the perfect place to enjoy your next vacation!

Beach Bay Serenity is an immaculate home with updated features throughout. This home offers open living space, canal views, spacious kitchen with built in dining area, solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, elevator, large master suite with separate tub and shower, private deck off the master, walk-in closets, 2nd master suite, Guest bedroom, Bunk bedroom, and garage. Beach Bay Serenity offers direct access to Tampa Bay and The Gulf of Mexico. Relax and entertain outdoors by the heated pool! Conveniently located on Pine Avenue you have many restaurants and boutiques right at your door step! Bring your boat and dock directly in your backyard or enjoy fishing off the dock. Leave the car at home with the free Anna Maria Trolley passing right by your front door, travelling throughout the island very convenient!

**Please note that boat lift is not available for guest use.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We were a group of ladies that stayed for a girls trip to AMI and the home was perfect. It was in a fantastic location with a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a cup of coffee in the morning at North Shore. It was clean and packed with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend on the island. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean, as advertised and had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. We did cook several meals so this was great. The pool was a great temperature and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great house. Needs updating though. Master bath toilet and sinks have issues. The toilet runs a lot, even after having the flapper changed. The master bath faucets dispense water slowly. Could need new faucets. Other than those 2 issues. It’s a great house.

It is not very often that you rent a place and the pictures do not do it justice… But this was just the case! The house was immaculate, the property very well-maintained. Location is perfect. Able to walk to local market and shops. Would highly recommend. Had a fabulous week! Two minute drive to the beach. Or just a five minute walk to the pier. Loved fishing off of the dock. Even saw a manatee!.

Perfect location

Everything was beautiful and spacious. Loved the pool and location. We were in walking distance of the shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Second time using this vacation home and we loved it each time!

Spring Break Fub

Great location with everything walkable or utilized the free trolley. Kept our boat on the dock in the back. The hot tub and pool were a hit. Property Manager responded to our messages immediately.

Perfect location

Such a great beach house. Awesome to be able to dock a boat in the canal. Easy walk to pine ave shopping and dining. Super close to both piers and great beach access. Will be back.

Absolutely amazing

This was our first time at Ann Maria Island. We absolutely loved our house and location. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back. We celebrated my 40th Birthday. Definitely unforgettable!

Nice

Centrally located on pine within walking distance to both beaches and pier, shopping and terrific restaurants. Highly recommended. Very open main level and elevator perfect for anyone with physical disabilities or wheelchair bound.

Great house

Great location, very clean, super nice. Walking distance to everything you need especially the beach. The garage has a good amount of beach chairs, also the garage can easily fit 2 cars inside and 3 outside. Early check in was possible which was helpful. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with many amenities. Myself and my adult children spent the week in the area for a family wedding. The home is very spacious and is close to a number of restaurants and shops. Was appealing to all that we wished to do. Wouid highly recommend.

Family vacay

We loved the house so much- the only disappointments were the hot tub did not always work great- it kept losing water. There were a couple minor things but the company was great!

Fun Spring break

It was fun having the pool and hot tub in the yard. The beds were pretty comfortable and the maintenance person was very responsive when we had a couple little hiccups. One thing that is sort of dumb but bothered me, they don’t give you enough toilet paper for a week with five people. When we asked for another roll they told us to buy our own. Don’t mean to sound petty, it just bugged me bc we were trying to spend time together, not run errands.

Beautiful Big Home, Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this house on AMI! The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures and fit our family of 8 adults wonderfully. The kitchen had everything you need, living room was comfortable and bedrooms were great. The pool was clean and just right for a dip after a day at the beach. Only issue was the AC did not seem to be working on the main level. The bedrooms were cool but in kitchen and living room was very warm and uncomfortable after coming inside from a day outside in the heat. And there is an uneven step outside on the walkway to driveway which was hazardous and our family member actually tripped and fell, injuring herself. Would just recommend fixing the step or pointing it out so it’s more visible for others. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Vacation before Christmas

My family from Florida and friends from Michigan truly enjoyed our stay. Tons of space to spread out and great shaded balcony for those that didn’t want sun. We brought our own boat and mostly stayed at the house and enjoyed pool/hot tub with our kids with trips to the beach for sunset. We have been to Anna Maria many times so this time were looking for a house we didn’t have to leave to enjoy the day. Plenty of food options within walking distance. We enjoyed the peacefulness of this location and there is no neighbor on one side. Property manager was very responsive to our needs when we had AC and spa issues which were a quick fix. Nice outdoor furniture. There are no lawn chairs by the pool but we just used the beach chairs that were supplied in the garage and they were very comfortable (wish we would have thought of that on our first day so I’m mentioning it here for others!)

Nice house, issue with AC

The house was very nice in a great location. Would give 5 stars except for the fact that we received a call the day of arrival that the air conditioning was not working and it did not get repaired until 3 days later. I did not receive any follow up from the rental company and had to call to check on the status after two days. Once I called, Monica told me their notes indicated AC had been fixed and she got back to me with an update. When the repairman came, he was upset that he had to work late and told us the unit was old and really needed to be replaced. There is information on the counter that clearly states there will be no adjustment for anything that goes wrong, so future guests just need to be aware if there are issues during your stay, you will still pay full price. Overall we were happy with the house and it would have been great if not for the inconvenience of no AC.

While we do have an on site maintenance team available to handle most fixes at a property we do rely on outsourced professionals for bigger jobs. The company that service the A/C unit did report that the unit had been repaired and was functioning properly prior to your arrival. We work hard to keep our guests updated when repairs are needed and work with outside vendors to have them completed in a timely manner. We hope to see you again in the future. Mini Family Vacation

The house was spacious, well decorated, equipped with everything necessary. The backyard was amazing with saltwater access, we had a great time fishing everyday.This house was a home away from home. We enjoyed walking to the beach, and to small shops and restaurants right on our same block. Josh was very friendly and available to answer all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely rent this house again

Beautiful home

This is an amazing property close to all of our favorites on Pine Ave. My boys loved fishing off the dock or walking down to the pier. The beds are firm for those wondering. Everything was clean and so enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved our time at AMI as always.
