Since your visit, we have verified that the Wi-Fi, fireplace, and all plumbing are in perfect working order. Our properties are personally inspected after every clean to ensure they meet our standards; during our recent walkthrough, the home was confirmed to be pest-free and fully stocked with towels. Regarding the snow, our plow service indicated that accumulation levels did not meet the dispatch threshold at the time, but we’ve reviewed our procedures with our local team to ensure safer access for future guests. We take your concerns seriously and have ensured the home is in peak condition for a smooth experience moving forward.
