Nestled within the Broadwater Parklands along the waterfront side of Marine Parade, Oceanic Tower offers a seamless blend of tranquil parkland surrounds and breathtaking Broadwater views — and our brand-new apartment on Level 26 captures it all from above.

Bright, open living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV, and abundant natural light, perfect for relaxation or work. The apartment features centralized air-conditioning with both cooling and heating, controlled by three panels located in the living room and both bedrooms.
● Kitchen:
Fully equipped with modern appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge), plus cookware, utensils, and a dining table for meals or meetings. Condiments not provided.
● Bedrooms:
Two inviting bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds — each thoughtfully appointed with fresh bedding, bedside tables with lamps, and ample clothing storage. Sink into the high-quality mattresses and enjoy a truly restful, hotel-standard night’s sleep.
● Bathroom:
Sleek and modern bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the master bedroom. Both feature walk-in showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

One secure, private parking space is available onsite, with a height clearance of 2.2 m. The space can accommodate larger vehicles such as a 7-seat Prado or Mercedes SUV, but it may be a tight fit as one side is adjacent to a wall. It’s ideal for guests traveling by car, providing added convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.
