Bliss on Backler – perfect for large families and group getawaysWe stayed at Bliss on Backler for 12 nights over Christmas and New Year with our extended family, and it was an outstanding holiday rental experience from start to finish. This property is exceptionally well suited to large families, two families holidaying together, or shared accommodation with friends. The layout is excellent, offering plenty of space to gather together while still providing privacy and separation when needed. The home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests and is very well equipped for both short and extended stays. The main house includes three comfortable double bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with the other two bedrooms in a separate wing sharing a bathroom. A large additional room off the undercover outdoor area features a lounge, TV, and five beds, making it ideal for teenagers or a second family. The outdoor entertaining area is a standout feature. It is spacious and well set up with comfortable lounges, a large dining table seating up to 15 people, and a fantastic outdoor fireplace, making it perfect for both summer evenings and cooler nights.A real highlight is the standalone parents’ studio retreat, which feels like a luxury hotel suite. It includes a king-size bed, lounge area, large smart TV, split-system heating and cooling, and a well-appointed bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Excellent window coverings and secure widescreen doors ensured a great night’s sleep, with cooling sea breezes in warmer weather. The location is ideal — just a 2-minute walk to West Beach, 6 minutes to the harbour, and around 10 minutes to Robe’s Main Street. The team at Ottoson’s Robe Holiday Rentals were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.Highly recommended. Five stars. ⭐⭐
