1- ROOMS

02 Suites with capacity for 10 Guests: Each Suite has 1 Standard Queen Box Bed and 1 Standard Double Box Bed (Fixed beds that cannot be removed). We provide 1 Extra Single Mattress in each Suite, totaling accommodations for 10 Guests. Each suite has one 12,000 BTU air conditioner, one 32" Smart TV with Netflix access, one walk-in closet, and a granite countertop with a sink. PGJyPg PGJyPg 2- BALCONY PGJyPg PGJyPg It has a 5-seater wicker sofa set, one center table, two hammocks, and three plastic tables with 12 chairs, one sound system, and playing cards and dominoes. PGJyPg PGJyPg PGJyPg 3- POOL AREA PGJyPg PGJyPg 6-meter fiberglass pool with waterfall, shower, foot wash tap, wooden table with four chairs, parasol, and 1 bathroom.

4- GOURMET KITCHEN

The outdoor kitchen connected to the pool and lawn area is equipped with MDF cabinets, a double-door refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, blender, sandwich maker, wooden table with 8 chairs and barbecue grill, and kitchenware and utensils. Electric water dispenser for bottled water and 1 extra bottle.

PGJyPg PGJyPg GATES PGJyPg The street gate must be kept closed overnight, as there are animals on the street that may enter the house. PGJyPg ROOMS PGJyPg Room and Gate Keys: Each room will have 1 keychain with 3 keys, 1 gate key and 2 room door keys. The keys will be in the door locks. (Leave the keys in the doors at checkout). Gourmet Kitchen Key: Must always be kept in the door and not removed from its place. PGJyPg Air Conditioner: Turn on using the unit's remote control. PGJyPg TV: Turn on using the TV's remote control. PGJyPg When Leaving: Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and TV. Mosquitoes: Close the windows in the afternoon. ANIMALS: Pets are prohibited, as the house does not have the structure to accommodate them. POOL: Shower near the pool with a tap for washing your feet. Shower before entering. You must remove tanning lotion, sunscreen, and oil from your skin, or the water will become oily and may alter your skin color. LIGHT AND ENERGY > House and city electricity is 220V. > There are no 110V outlets. > When leaving: Turn off the lights, air conditioning and fan. LINEN > THE HOUSE provides beds with mattress protectors, box spring skirt, 1 fitted sheet + 1 flat sheet + 2 pillows with protective covers and pillowcases + 1 blanket + 5 bath towels per room. We provide 1 extra set of sheets per bed. The HOUSE does not provide beach towels or pool towels. Please provide the following: Bottle of mineral water (for refills) + Cleaning supplies + Personal hygiene items + Mosquito repellent. IN CASE OF RAIN: Remove the hammocks and raise the sofa cushions. Close the windows and doors of the gourmet area. Please notify us if you need any assistance. CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL > Inform us of your arrival time and update it on the day, as the host needs to be prepared to receive your group. CHECK-OUT / DEPARTURE > Inform us of your arrival time in advance so the team can plan to be present.
