Bathroom has a new cabinet, sink, and shower. Kitchen features new cabinets, ss appliances, and granite. The living room and master bedroom have cable. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen television. The master bedroom has a 45 inch flat screen television. The 2nd bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen television and a dvd player. Our complex has a boat ramp, two fishing piers, and boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. We also have tennis courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, hot tub, a beautiful swimming pool, and a private board walk to the beach! The beach is located directly across the street. You can have your toes in the sand in less than a two minute walk from the complex. Our complex is located on West Beach so there is not heavy traffic on the two lane road to cross. We are located approx. 3 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores.

Minimum rental age is 25 yrs old. PLEASE NOTE: **Rates are subject to change until confirmed** There is a $25.00 parking fee per vehicle charged at check-in. It is a one time fee and the pass will be good for the duration of your stay.
