For a last minute booking, this place was AMAZING to say the least! I appreciate everything featured in the pictures was what was featured when walking in the door! What a beautiful house and quiet neighborhood!

We walked into a clean house with a lit Christmas tree. Was such a nice feeling. Very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked to prepare our own food.

I chose this place over others because there is plenty of seating for the number of guests. Communication was great, received the address and door code plenty of time in advance.My siblings and I stayed here and were able to have our parents over for dinner and games as there was plenty of table space for 7 of us. The living room is comfortable and we were all able to hang out and watch movies.The kitchen had everything we needed and there are several spices available, which was great for cooking our dinners. We were able to find all the utensils and pans that we needed as well.The beds are firm and a few more pillows would be nice, but it was fine. Nice quiet neighborhood, so we were able to keep our windows open at night as needed. The outside space is lovely and again had plenty of seating. Location is nice and we went on a ferry ride at the lake and hiked around the river. It was a great stay overall and I highly recommend this house.

This was a great house in a fabulous location! Convenient to highway 60, tons of shopping, restaurants, etc. In spite of the proximity to the highway, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe and family friendly. There are sidewalks and walking trails throughout the large subdivision.The house is not brand new, but everything was spotlessly clean, the pool was as pretty as advertised, and the rooms very comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably supplied, beds were satisfactory, and the living areas spacious and very usable.Our property manager was wonderful. Very communicative, allowed us an early check in, and texted to make sure everything was okay. We had one small issue with a beeping smoke alarm one evening, and she responded and had the issue completely fixed within half an hour! I've never had such quick and satisfactory response from a VRBO agent before. Thanks for the wonderful stay! We will certainly look at this property again the next time we come to Mesa.

"Our stay was negatively impacted by significant communication issues from the start. There was zero communication from the host, and we were on hold for two hours trying to get access. A third party had to intervene, but the entry code was still not provided. Additionally, the house was quite cold and could have used a better cleaning."

Place was not cleaned very well. Had to reach out to have someone come clean on day 1 of our stay. Fast response from a 3rd party. Pool was FREEZING and not usable, we had to spend hundreds of dollars a day to go swim somewhere else. Back yard was very dirty, lounge chairs were so filthy we never used them. Had to buy stuff just to cook in the kitchen. Beds were okay, enough pillows and towels for our stay. Main bedroom did not have a light and they came to replace the bulb but that was not the issue, so had to use a lamp. Neighborhood was very quiet, but can tell not part of an HOA.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, which is located within an established HOA. We are glad our team responded quickly on day one to touch up the floors to your satisfaction. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, spices, and utensils. Regarding the pool, we do not advertise it as heated, so water temperatures can fluctuate based on the local weather. We also provide an outdoor hose so guests can easily rinse off any natural dust or debris that collects on the patio furniture between visits. Finally, our house manager confirmed the bedroom lighting is fully operational, and the bulb was not burned out.
