"Chez Jeannette" House in the Heart of Loudenvielle

Newly renovated, this authentic and cozy village house can accommodate up to 10 people.

Ideally located in the heart of Loudenvielle, just a few minutes’ walk from all amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, cafés and restaurants, shops, doctor’s office, movie theater, Tourist Office) and all the activities the valley has to offer (Balnéa, Ludic Parc, paragliding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking...), as well as the gondola.

We’ve put our heart and soul—and a lot of energy—into restoring this family home, my grandmother Jeannette’s house.

You’ll find a cozy living room with sofas, armchairs, stools, a TV, and internet access, perfect for long evenings by the wood-burning stove.
A pleasant, functional, and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso Magimix, and dishwasher.
A laundry room with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable and cozy double bedrooms with 160-cm beds, and one bedroom with two 140-cm beds.
A bathroom with a shower stall and vanity.
A toilet.

The attic consists of a small dormitory with four 90-size beds, and a large bathroom with a spacious shower stall, a double-sink vanity, and a toilet.
A laundry room

Outside, there is a private courtyard, ample parking for two vehicles, a small garden area, a terrace with a large wooden table and umbrellas, a barbecue, and a shed for storing your bicycles.

Each bed includes:
Square pillows for each person and a comforter for everyone.

You’ll need to bring:
Bedding: Fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases;
Bathroom linens: Bath towels and bath mats;
Kitchen essentials: Dish towel and dishcloth.
Optional.

A full supply of cleaning supplies is available under the kitchen sink. And in the laundry room, you’ll find all the necessary equipment, such as a broom and vacuum cleaner.
The idea is to respect the property, the owners, and the housekeeping staff.
A cleaning fee of 150€ will be charged in addition to the reservation: 150€.

Firewood is available outside in the garage.
