Gîte Les Vernes (11-13 pers.)

A historic farmhouse located in Maxilly-sur-Léman, 3 minutes from Évian-les-Bains and 30 minutes from the Swiss border.
This authentic vacation rental is nestled in a lush, green setting. A touch of the countryside close to the city.
Space, freedom, family spirit, warmth, and nature perfectly describe “Les Vernes.”
The nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes away (Thollon-les-Mémises, Bernex), and the “Portes du Soleil” is just under an hour away (Avoriaz, Châtel, etc.)

Upon arrival, enjoy a beautiful view from the Mémises balcony, not to mention the breathtaking view of Lake Geneva from the cottage.
It features a large 61 m² living and dining area with an open kitchen that includes a central island for a more convivial atmosphere.

The living area includes a lounge area, a large table that seats 12 to 14 people, and a foosball table.

Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms opening onto a long balcony with a beautiful view of the lake.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

- One double bedroom (160-cm bed) with a shower room and toilet
- One family suite consisting of a double bedroom (160-cm bed) with a shower room and a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, which also includes a toilet
- Another family room consisting of a small bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with a bathroom and toilet.


This farmhouse is divided into two distinct sections: a residential area occupied by the owners and a guesthouse overlooking Lake Geneva and the horses.

Since we’re on-site, we’re usually available to answer any questions or lend you equipment if you’re missing something (raclette set, fondue set, etc.).
Rest assured, we won’t be in your way, though we’d be delighted to get to know you.
A key box is available at the entrance to the guesthouse.

Very quiet neighborhood. Nature, horses, and hiking await you.
There are no houses in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. Your only neighbors are the horses.

Minimum 2-night stay required; during school holidays, a 7-night stay from Saturday to Saturday is required.

Cleaning and linens are not included.
