A fully equipped 2-room apartment located in Building An of the "Le Val d'Azur" residence, a 3-star chalet-style residence in the heart of the Valberg resort, 200 m from the central square and the trailhead. Valberg is a 1.30 bus ride from Nice Airport. The residence features a heated pool (during school breaks), private indoor parking, and a ski locker. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator accessible) with a southwest-facing balcony; it is quiet, not overlooked, and very sunny.
Our apartment is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people. It consists of:
- a large bedroom with a double bed (160 × 195) and a very large closet
- a living/dining room with a modern, well-equipped open kitchen (the sofa converts into a bed for 2 people (140 × 195))
- a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, hair dryer, and towel warmer
- a separate toilet
- an entryway
- a west-facing terrace with no direct views from neighboring properties and plenty of afternoon sun
Note: We provide 4 pillows, one double comforter, and 2 single comforters. However, linens (sheets, towels) are not included in the rental. You will therefore need to bring: 1 fitted sheet (160) and 1 fitted sheet (140), 2 small duvet covers, 1 large duvet cover, 4 pillowcases, and towels.
