Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I'm so happy BartonVilla was a great fit for your family—including your pup! It makes me smile to hear you enjoyed the vintage décor. Creating a fun, nostalgic mid-century-inspired space was exactly the vision for the home. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! I'm so glad the home was comfortable for your family during what sounds like a difficult time, and I hope your mom is doing well. It's wonderful to hear the layout, kitchen, and quiet neighborhood worked so well for everyone. And thank you for the smile about the mirror! 😊 We actually do have a full-length mirror in the basement workout area, but I appreciate the suggestion and can certainly see how having one upstairs would be convenient. Thanks again for staying with us—we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our communication. We're so glad you enjoyed the location. We're sorry the home felt warm when you first arrived. As soon as you let us know, we came right over, replaced the HVAC filter, adjusted the airflow, and turned on the ceiling fans. Even with an extreme 117° heat index outside, the home quickly cooled to the thermostat setting and maintained that temperature for the rest of your stay, which we appreciated you confirming. We've continued to monitor the system since your departure, and it has continued to maintain the set temperature. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and are always looking for ways to make each guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're so glad your family enjoyed the home and found the beds comfortable. It's also great to hear that our guest app was helpful—we work hard to provide all the information guests need to make their stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We'd love to welcome you and your family back anytime!
