Bring Your Boat! Lakefront Home w/ Dock in Grove

We're so glad the house fit your needs so well! Safety is always a concern for the little ones, we have grandkids so we put it there for some extra peace of mind while enjoying the outdoor space. Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback, and we're thrilled you had a great stay.

Thank you for the kind words about the location, water view, dock, and layout; we're glad those aspects of the home stood out. We're sorry the house wasn't fully guest-ready when you arrived. We keep extra supplies on hand, and we've spoken with the cleaning service about making sure soap, toilet paper, and liners are stocked before every arrival. It was a same-day turn, and the dryer and dishwasher were apparently still running when the cleaners left, which is why the towels weren't put away and the dishes weren't unloaded. We've since addressed this with the cleaning team to improve communication and ensure everything is properly finished and set out before check-in going forward. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope you'll consider visiting again to see the improvements.
