Located on the south side of the iconic Mirage Resort, Villa 434 is in a private block of just two villas. The inviting pathway from the carport to the entrance instills a feeling of the tropics. This split level dwelling offers master with a private balcony and a second bedroom upstairs. Another two bedrooms are downstairs, both generous with built-in robes. The master and 2nd bedroom feature their own ensuite, whilst the 3rd & 4th bedrooms share the main bathroom. Separate laundry facilities, complete with washer and dryer are available for added convenience. The Villa is air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a large industrial fan in the lounge room, for your comfort key and enjoyment.
With beautiful artwork decorating the walls, ample living space, private entertaining veranda and fully equipped kitchen, Villa 434 is the perfect choice for groups or larger families. Conveniently located, you will be spoilt for choice. Whether relaxing, dining or shopping, options are endless.
