Hi Lisa, Thank you for your email, we appreciate the time you have taken to send us this feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not what you had expected. We were made aware of the moss and mould on the external stairs and the broken screen door to the pool area upon your departure, and these were actioned and rectified straight away — we take safety around the pool area, especially with little ones, very seriously, and are glad to have had the chance to put this right for future guests. The driveway grade and the layout of the home downstairs are unfortunately part of the property itself and not something we're able to change, though we do appreciate you letting us know how it came across. We're also sorry to hear the interaction with the neighbours wasn't a pleasant one, that's certainly not something we can control but we understand it affected your stay.
