Designed for relaxation, this retreat boasts ocean and hinterland views with a spacious balcony to unwind after your day exploring. With a queen size bed, kitchenette, TV plus private balconies, you'll have everything you need for an unfortgettable expeience all within walking distance to the beach and shops.
The Space:
Welcome to our one bedroom studio located on Podargus Parade, Peregian Beach. Boasting a private entrance and facilities, this studio is located on the third floor of a tenanted home with views of the ocean making it a memorable location to relax and unwiind.
The space features:
- Kitchenette with bar fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster coffee (pod) machine, microwave
- Ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Comfortable couch to sit and read a book or relax with a wine
- Not one but two private balconies with incredible views
- Iron and ironing board for any laundry needs. Please note there is no washing machine/dryer available in the studio space
- On street parking available
Bed configuration:
- Queen bed with flat screen TV and built in wardbrobe

Please note that Zoe, Jake and their dog Ollie live on the middle level, however, this studio is seperate from their home and there are no shared spaces.

Other Things to Note:
This studio is located on the third floor. You will need to climb stairs to access the studio.
