This house is exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway with friends. Andrew, the point of contact, was spectacular. He gave us restaurant ideas, parking spots for the beach, got us an early check-in, and was always able to communicate easily with.The house itself was perfect. Enough space for small kids to play and the adults to relax in the spacious and air conditioned sunroom.House was equipped with the basics (linens, towels, etc.).It was only a short drive to the beach and with the help of Andrew we got there just in time for parking.I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing time just a few miles off the beach.

Very clean and neatly set up. Was the perfect place to rest for a weekend! The host was helpful. We appreciated all of the extra touches in the kitchen and bathrooms especially linens, towels and paper products. Great stay!

Nice home at the end of a quiet residential street. Easy access to the Atlantic Ave main road to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, restaurants such as Northeast Seafood Kitchen, DiFebo’s, Off the Hook, and Sea Colony area (east), and Giant food, Weis Markets, and many other restaurants to the west. Bethany Beach Boardwalk is about 10 min by car or 15 minutes by bike. The house has been nicely remodeled with a new kitchen, sunroom, and appliances. The beds are very comfortable, every room is clean, and space for storage. Outdoor space has a new grill and furniture for enjoying the evening. A great place to stay.

Our first trip to Delaware and we had a wonderful time! The property and host had a lot to do with that! The house is very clean, modern and spacious, with plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out. (We had family staying close by and ours was the place where everyone wanted to gather.) It’s located at the end of a dead end street, surrounded by plenty of trees so you also have some privacy. It comes with anything you could possibly need, including plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc so be sure you read the listing first before packing unnecessary items. Plenty of beach equipment that’s in great condition so no need to bring your own and that includes beach chairs and towels. If you’ve never been, Bethany beach also has umbrella rentals and though the house does come with two we found the umbrellas at the beach convenient! E-bikes looked brand new and were charged and ready. Property also has a nice outdoor area with plenty of furniture and a grill. Our first day was a rainy one and we spent most of our time in the enclosed sunroom playing games!! It’s even air conditioned!!The host was extremely helpful with lots of great suggestions before we arrived and during our stay!! The listing itself has plenty of great information but he went above and beyond. He even offered us an early checkin! He really thought of everything you may need and made us feel very welcome!! It felt like home and we hope to be back!

Location:Beautiful wooded lot in a quiet street. We saw deer most mornings and a fox numerous times. It was the perfect blend of away from the hustle/bustle of Bethany but easily accessible by bike (and provided e-bikes) to the beach. Under 3 mile bike ride was part of the charm and didn’t have to pay to park as a result. Just up the street is a great produce stand with fresh caught fish and wonderful avocados for guac. Also rode bike to grocery and liquor stores. Everything was well within biking distance. Also, would highly recommend Bonkey’s ice cream just down the road. Longish walk, but walkable. Or easy drive/bike. The House:The 3 bedrooms accommodated our varying guest list. We had as little as 2 people and as many as 9 on our 3 week trip and it always felt comfortable. Great living room area with large comfortable couch. The spacious back patio became a great second living area for games, reading, and working. That’s also where we saw a majority of the wildlife. The master bathroom has a great walk in shower and the second bathroom was nice as well. The Host:Super friendly, helpful, and timely in communication. He dropped off a Bonkey’s gift card for the family and was on top of any little question we had. They also stocked the house with everything you could need for cooking and a nice touch with a drawer full of plastic bags for making lunches for the beach. Dog friendly was also a big selling point.Absolutely fantastic stay and would love to come back.

Our family had an exceptional stay! The home was impeccably clean, comfortable, and luxurious, with thoughtful amenities that made our vacation even better. We especially loved the e-bikes for exploring the area, the beach essentials were incredibly helpful, and the private road with a shaded driveway was a nice bonus. Andrew was a fantastic host who provided wonderful local recommendations and clearly cares about both his property and his guests’ experience.
