Lovely unit within walking distance to the base. Plenty of space for my family of five to spread out and the hottub at the bottom of the stairs was a big hit.

I won’t beat a dead horse anymore about this rental. The communication was only with the management company ITrip. The property was like a condemned building undergoing reconstruction. For the time I was there. The unit is on the 3rd floor beneath the roof of the building. Almost every morning I was awakened by workers stomping around on the roof above the unit . Hammering, sawing and dropping heavy loads of plywood and shingles. They even pounded nails through the roof and the drywall ceiling of the living room. The view out the bedroom window was scaffolding for workers o access the roof and replace exterior stone cladding to the walls. (So much for privacy). On some days I was treated to debris to a constant stream of debris thrown off the roof in front of the living room window all day which piled up below in the grass. On some days the pounding and hammering was so severe that it disturbed the pictures on the walls in my unit which ended up hanging askew. The concrete entry area outside the front door was used as a staging area for supplies and equipment. On occasion I would open the front door and find workers sitting on these piles of supplies taking their break or having lunch. ITrip was apologetic and even rebated me their management fee. The HOA apparently gave them bad information about the duration of construction. Bottom line: the construction was never disclosed to me in the rental process. The unit should never have been rented during this turmoil.

We want to thank you for your patience while we worked through these issues with the HOA regarding the roofing project that started in April 2026 and was to be completed long before your arrival. We were indeed given insufficient information from the HOA regarding this matter and the schedule that was to be adhered to for the project. Based upon the information we were provided we were not able to notify you in advance of the status of the project. The two star rating is disappointing as we provided various options to help alleviate your concerns during your stay and you chose to retain the booking with the $1,000 refund we issued to you for your stay. We came in for the JAS Snowmass Festival and the condo was clean, comfy and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the starter snack and coffee/tea
