Layout
The estate is laid out over multiple levels and comprises two residences: Este North and Este South, with elevator access to all floors. Living spaces and private suites are generously spaced to offer privacy, comfort, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Across the estate, guests have access to two open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas, giving larger groups the option to come together or spread out across both residences.

Each rooftop features a temperature-controlled pool, lounge and dining area, fully equipped rooftop bar, ice machine and six-burner BeefEater BBQ, creating two elevated spaces for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed entertaining.
