Additionally, since this area is a hub for many bus routes, it offers convenient access to central Kyoto and Kyoto Station.(Identity Verification and Formation of the Lease Agreement) In accordance with Kyoto City ordinances, guests must present their passport upon check-in for identity verification.If a guest makes a reservation for 28 nights or more through a booking site such as Airbnb, a lease agreement between the guest and the host shall be deemed automatically established at the time of check-in. For confirmation purposes, the host shall prepare Lease Agreements An and B (hereinafter referred to as “Agreements AB”), and the guest shall sign them.If a guest is unable to sign Agreements An and B for any reason, or if the signed documents are lost, the host may prepare Agreements An and B on the guest’s behalf using the guest’s passport information and the guest registration form.
The execution of this Agreement shall not result in any additional charges to the Guest from the Host.
