🚋 Tram Access

Tram route 86 runs along Smith Street directly through the suburb — providing fast, frequent service to the CBD and northern suburbs.

Tram routes 109 and 12 travel along Victoria Parade—just at the edge of the area. These lines connect residents to Box Hill, Port Melbourne, and central Melbourne.

A trip from Collingwood to Melbourne CBD takes approx 12–18 minutes, with fares around A$5–5.30.

The nearest station is Collingwood Station (technically in Abbotsford), about a 10-minute walk away. It services the Mernda and Hurstbridge lines, offering direct trains to Flinders Street Station in the CBD.

These trains run every 10–15 minutes throughout most of the day.

Several bus lines run along Hoddle Street and nearby main roads, including routes 246, 302, 303, 304, 905, 906, 907, and 908.

🚗 Taxi & Rideshare

Short rides to the CBD (3–4 km) take 5–10 minutes, typically costing A$10–13.

Registered taxi and rideshare apps (Uber) are readily available throughout Collingwood.

To make your stay more comfortable, you’ll receive two sets of keys. We just ask that you look after them—our building management charges $150 for replacements if lost.

Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen/amenities are supplied based on this.

Please bring your own linens and blankets for the portacot. It will need to be set up and put away on your arrival and departure respectively.

Please note:
Minimum age of guests is 25 and over.
Strictly no parties or events, in respect to fellow guests/neighbours. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

PARKING: There is space for one vehicle in the buildings secure underground parking garage. Please note that the entry is a maximum height of 2.1 metres.
