The perfect getaway. Within walking distance to beach, town, Jitney, LIRR and ferries to the South Fork. This quiet and bright house is located in the heart of Greenport. Enjoy wineries, breweries, amazing restaurants, shops and beaches.

Guests have the entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fenced in outdoor space with all the amenities: outdoor shower, Weber grill, yoga shed, fire pit, hammock, Nespresso machine, board games, karaoke mic, etc... There is also a fully-equipped gym in the basement with treadmill, stationary bike, and weights.

The house is both comfortable and thoughtfully curated, with an eclectic mix of modern touches and antique charm that feels stylish, warm, and inviting all at once. Every detail, from the furnishings to the layout shows a real attention to quality and design, and it struck a perfect balance of being elevated and cozy.Cindy was incredibly communicative and kind throughout our stay, which made everything feel easy and welcoming from the start. This was our 2nd stay at this property and, once again, we had a great time! The host is extremely responsive and the home has everything you need and is in walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. There was plenty of natural light and despite that there are homes adjacent on either side, it felt very private due to the shrubbery. The rooms are a nice size and there are 2 full bathrooms with showers in both and a nice tub in one of the bathrooms. It is an easy walk into a quaint town with plenty of restaurants and within easy walk of a pretty beach with calm waters. We did not require anything else during our stay so did not require much time of the host but she reached out to assure we were able to access the unit, which was also nice. Overall, it was a wonderful house for our family and the location was central to all of the various wedding events we were attending. We would stay again.

Great spot to stay and explore Greenport! Had fun visiting wineries, shopping and heading to the beach. Especially loved the updated amenities and back patio. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time! The home is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and so much light. We love sitting in the backyard and we had everything we needed (2 adults and two teenagers). We were a quick walk to the amazing restaurants and shops of Greenport and an easy drive to numerous beaches. I highly, highly recommend this property!!

Great Dog Friendly Getaway

The house was clean and cozy. The backyard area was enclosed and enjoyable to hang out in, especially with a dog. Location was great, 5 minutes from town. Cindy was very responsive. Plan to stay here again in the future !

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was even more spacious than expected. It was in a great location - about five min walk to bay beaches and 15 min walk into downtown Greenport. The backyard patio was very private. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a great weekend getaway in the NoFo. Property is perfect for a small group (even though it was just my husband and I) and well equipped for all your needs. It’s also just a short 10 min walk to town which is nice and convenient. Would certainly stay again!

Classic North Fork

Lovely, bright, beautifully decorated, well located. We visited family over Thanksgiving. We didn't get to take advantage due to the weather, but there is also a great outdoor space with a grill.

Weekend Out East

This stay was perfect, the house is beautifully decorated and the property feels private although it’s in a neighborhood. Cindy was great at communicating and reached out personally to make sure we’d arrived safely and that everything was up to par, which is was. I’d recommend staying!
