Luxury studios with ocean view on Orient bay

Our 11 spacious 550 sq ft studios are located in the Mont Vernon residence, steps from Orient Beach, the complex has a large swimming pool, tropical gardens, a laundry, a new grocery store with fresh baguettes, croissants, fresh and frozen products, a pizzeria and parking lots
Our studios have been completely renovated this year 2021, they are well appointed, finely decorated and all identical inside.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils for making your favorite dishes.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap and shampoo) a hairdryer and we provide small and large towels and beach towels,
Each studio has air conditionned, a large king size bed and a convertible sofa for 1 to 2 additional persons, a lounge area with flat screen TV, French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shutter , private Wifi with very good speed (free), 110 / 220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and computers, safe, ironing board and iron.
The balcony or patio has a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to savor your meals while enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
The Mont Vernon residence is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet in a gated community with 24 hour security at the foot of Orient Bay beach, it is the perfect environment for an active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of Orient bay, St Barth, Tintamarre and the Pinel island, further on the beach are many restaurants, bars, shops and watersport activities (windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and so on ...)
To fully enjoy all the beaches that Saint Martin has to offer, we also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler

Staying at the end of Orient Bay in Mont Vernon was great. The studio was as described and the host had beach chairs, umbrella and a small cooler to use. The studio was spotless, kitchen area had items to cook and eat, please note there is no stove or grill but that was not an issue. The property itself was clean and the pool was an added amenity. Also the 20 minute walk down the beach to the orient area was manageable.

Relaxed stay

Place is great. Parking is tricky but made it a fun challenge each night after dinner. Condo was clean kitchen was convenient location is prime for quiet stay. The island is very easy to navigate from here

Orient bay stay

The room had everything needed for a stay away from home vacation, had beautiful pool unfortunately we were not able to use it due to the smell from the sea weed. my husband has astma and he coud not take the smell from the sea weed, we rented a car and drove to so many beatiful beaches the island has to offer, ate so much great fruits and vegeatables and yes I woud stay there again beautiful room.

Beautiful View of Orient Beach

We loved staying in this cute rental overlooking the beach. Aumry was so easy to work with on check in and check out. The balcony furniture was especially comfortable. We had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation.

Small but comfortable studio in a condo complex. Good view as it is located on the top floor. There is a beautiful beach and pool within close walking distance from the condo. We found it very useful to have the small market and Fred's pizzeria so close by and the prices were very reasonable compared to other islands we have visited. The bed was very comfortable and shower had nice water pressure. The condo did not have products so if I rented again, I would be sure to bring hand soap, shampoo, etc. but we were able to purchase that at the market as well. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a place close to Orient Beach!

Very relaxing stay. The area was nice and safe. Finding the place was a little tricky. The walk to the pool and down the beach is challenging with the elevations but we soon learned to walk straight down and then along the path in front of the units to the pool was a little less difficult. The pool area is very nice and the walk on the beach to Orient bay area is about 20-25 minutes. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Took the ferry to Pinel Island which was minutes from the Condo. I would recommend a meal at Lulu's Corner about a 3 minute car ride and you will pass it heading to the ferry. Look it up they are only open 9am - 2:30 but you will not be disappointed.

View of Orient Beach

Place was great - exactly as described. Easy to check in/ out and having a food market close was beneficial. The pool was also a great bonus. I would recommend renting a car so that you can discover the whole island. Unfortunately during out stay, there was too much seaweed for us to be able to swim at Orient Beach. However with a car we were able to find many other beaches within a 30 minute drive.

Awesome as always

Another wonderful stay! I love the addition of the grocery/convenience store & pizza restaurant added to the property. The host were quick to respond to all questions before our stay (within hours) of a message being sent and any questions during our stay also answered quickly. Unit was clean, functional, basic necessities included (loved the slippers), great water pressure and hot water, practically on the beach, awesome view and pool was lovely. Also enjoyed the new lighted parking “garage” with dedicated space. Location is fantastic (close to grocery store) in a peaceful setting. Can’t go wrong renting through Amaury and his brother. If you want a FABULOUS meal visit their restaurant in Grand Case, Bistro Caribe just make sure you make a reservation. We will be back next year!

Loved the location

So we stayed for a week. There were other units in the same Mont Vernon buildings and some were less expensive but I read the reviews and a lot of the reviewers said the unit was not what was pictured online but the reviews for this unit didn't say that. I was relieved because it was as it looked online. We also appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrellas! Those were a nice bonus! The pool is fantastic and right in front of the beach which is a quick walk. You can walk down the beach towards Orient and reach the more populated part of the beach but I appreciated how quiet Mont Vernon was. But walking down for a drink was nice! Amaury, the owner made sure we had his contact information in case we needed it, which we didnt but appreciate that. The bed is very firm... but I got some of the highest sleep scores I've ever had so maybe it's a good thing! Thank you Amaury for letting us stay we would stay again for sure!

Not What We Expected

When we first arrived, the host failed to leave the keys, so we had to wait for his brother to let us into the unit. Thankfully, his brother was kind, helped us with our luggage, and even offered his personal parking spot a real blessing considering how difficult parking is in the area.The walk to the unit was unsettling, as the surroundings appeared rundown. At first, I didn’t feel safe. But after spending six days there, I can say it was surprisingly quiet and secure despite initial impressions.We experienced a leak in the bathroom, which left us without hot water for a full day. The listing mentions a washer and dryer, but there was no dryer. We had to hang our clothes outside on a plastic drying rack. Only two bath towels and two hand towels were provided for the entire stay. The bed felt like sleeping on a slab of cardboard, and the bed skirt was visibly dirty.Overall, we would rate the condition of the unit a 3 out of 10. The beach views were nice, but that alone doesn’t outweigh the discomfort. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone we know.That said, if you’re not concerned with luxury and just want a basic, quiet place to stay, this could work for you.We absolutely loved our first trip to St. Martin despite being let down by the unit.
