This room has its own private entrance and even comes with a mini fridge & jacuzzi tub! If this is not enough, go and enjoy a refreshing beverage at the Mocha house in Warren less than 20 minutes away. Or treat yourself to the beautiful views in Amish country and enjoy a home cooked meal at The Commons General store!

Staging location for nelson ledges.

Great place to stay for a trip into nelson ledges. Clean and comfortable with WiFi access and a mini fridge. The property it's on is quite large and there are even some farm animals adding to the rustic ambiance.

Perfect country getaway

The space was perfect and the surroundings were right on if you are looking to enjoy nature. The quiet gave great peace of mind and allowed for a truly relaxing experience!

Cute little quite place

It was peaceful, cute decor, the bed is pretty comfortable, it was quite and relaxing. Air conditioning works really well, the tub is very nice. Definitely recommend it.

Quiet country setting

I stayed here a couple nights when I was traveling for a seminar. The property was quiet with a private entrance (separate from the main house). I had no issues during my stay.

Our Anniversary getaway

We loved this property so much when we stayed last year for our anniversary, we decided to stay again this year. We needed something nice, small and affordable and we got all 3 plus is was quiet and we had privacy. But that whirlpool tub, that itself is woth it! We plan on making this a tradition.

It was good but chilly

Great lil property my only complaint was it was cold didn't realize we had to plug in a heater and the AC unit was in a window which didnt help

Cozy Space With Outstanding Customer Service

My husband and I stayed in the area for a wedding and wanted somewhere close to the venue, since I was in the wedding. The check-in process was so easy and convenient. The space was a little smaller than anticipated, however it was perfect for the two of us and was nice and cozy. I can’t say enough great things about the customer service, I requested a late check-out the morning we were supposed to depart (realizing a little more sleep would be nice), I received approval of my request within minutes. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Country Getaway

The room was clean and the host provided 3 heaters. We ended up needing only one on the lowest setting. The hot tub whirlpool worked wonderfully and the lighting options in the room created the right atmosphere. There were plenty of animals about and we had a nice winter walk. The Kuerig and fridge were nice to have. Whoever decorated the room put thought and love into it. The shower and bathroom were modern and clean. We would stay again!

Getaway for local business ladies

Due to my work and home life I was unable to get away for the 4th. I had to check in late and was unable to let Regina know in advance. She took my calls and was beyond helpful and kind at a late hour. I felt safe and was pleased with the property overall. I’m not a fan of well water, however, that’s a petty thing to say after getting one heck of a deal. It was beautiful and i absolutely felt like I was on vacation (far from Ohio!)

One Night Stand

Rental was part of an older farm property it appeared. Lots of equipment and junk laying around. Just a bit sketchy driving down rutted lane onto the property. Unit we stayed in was small but comfy and nicely decorated in a western theme. Disappointed in no bath soap or shampoo. Also ran out of TP only staying one night. No excuse for that. Seemed like this a newer endeavor and I’d say they have some work to do. Post more pics so people know what to expect.

Weekend Getaway

Listing is accurate. Didn't receive check-in info until we got there and it took a bit to get a response, also it lacked details. No way to lock the door while gone because there was no key or code to get back in. The water was very smelly. The room was cold and only one space heater worked consistently. The room was very pretty, jacuzzi worked fine and we had privacy and quiet surroundings.

Great Stay for a Quick Trip!

The place was beautiful! There was attention to detail that made it feel very “homey”. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. It was a very cute space and larger than we expected when viewing the pictures. We enjoyed our time at this property. We were super excited for the jacuzzi, but the water did not stay hot long enough to fill the tub. We filled it some and were able to enjoy it, and then waited some time for the hot water to get hot again to continue filling up the tub. The directions to access this property were very detailed. However, I arrived when it was dark & my GPS kept stopping short of where I was supposed to turn, so it took some time to find the actual entrance. Would be a lot easier during the day when the sign you turn by is more visible. Would stay here again if we were back in the area.

Cute place but had a couple issues

The place is very cute and quaint. However, the communication with Lydia was not great. The TV never worked because the Internet connection was out. We reached out to her but didn't hear back until after 10:30pm. So, we never got the TV working. Another kind of odd thing was that one of the rules literally says, "No eating in bed." That's fine, but if you're going to make that a rule, you really need to put a little table in the room, or at least another chair. The bar in the entry is not near enough room to sit at and eat. All in all, it is a beautiful little place for a quick stay. Better communication and a working TV would made it almost perfect.

Reviews are accurate.

The previous reviews are accurate. The place consists of a large bedroom with a bathroom attached to the back of a garage attached to a large house. An entry area houses a mini fridge and coffee maker. The place is heated with space heaters (guests must plug them in, room was unheated when we arrived). The heaters kept the room very comfortable even during 20 degree nights. The bed is firm but sags badly in the center. There are a few hooks on the wall (none in the bathroom) but no closet or dresser/table to put belonging down on. There is a shelf around the perimeter of the room but it was very dusty, as well as the shelf on the headboard. Water did have an odor but was not hard. The location was quiet. We could hear people in the house but it was not loud or disturbing. The TV played Netflix although it took a day to get it running.

Cute, quiet

This is a cute property. Hot tub was nice. The hours on the app are different then actual, so I was shorted 2 hours, the bed was like a rock so no good sleeping. They have a swing set n firepit in the back, no mention of it nor wood to burn. Can't make noise outside after 10pm bc you are literally in someone garage/backyard.
