Excellent location. We were able to easily visit all areas of the island. The information and recommendations that the owner left were fantastic. We tried most of the restaurants and we were delighted.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally well taken care of, spotless, and comfortable and in great location. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by sharing great suggestions that made our time in PEI even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and hospitality. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit PEI!

Julie was an amazing host and the house was perfect for a PEI getaway! Communication was clear and prompt and the house was clean and stocked with all you need for your stay. Close drive to beaches and shopping. Definitely recommend and would come back again!

We had an amazing stay! Julie’s home and the surrounding property is beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. There was lots of space for our two families. The loft was perfect for the teenagers. The house was well stocked, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the island. We loved having the beaches so close. Julie was incredibly responsive and kind. We really appreciated the comprehensive guide with instructions and activity recommendations she provided in advance. Julie – Thanks so much for opening your home to us. We’d love to come back!

What a wonderful home, we wish we could have stayed longer. The home was very clean, and the the bedrooms and living areas were spacious and cozy. Our favourite place to spend time was on the back porch overlooking the bay watching the spectacular sunsets. The home is in a perfect location, close to the north shore and its fabulous beaches, but also only a short drive to Charlottetown and it's shopping and great restaurants. Our host responded promptly to any questions we had and were very friendly. We will definitely return next year and stay longer!

We were all eagerly looking forward to arriving and experiencing what we had seen on the Vrbo listing.We were delighted from the moment we arrived; everything advertised on the site matched reality—and even exceeded it. The whole family was able to appreciate and enjoy this magnificent home and all the included amenities. That includes the stunning sunsets, which we were treated to almost every day. We booked this spot for a girls extended weekend, and it did not disappoint! It offered every amenity we needed, gifted us multiple beautiful sunsets from a wrap-around deck, and is perfectly located for easy access to so much of what PEI has to offer! I especially loved the comprehensive guide the host left in the binder, pointing us towards many nearby activities and eating places, including a curated list of their favorites/recommendations. They have clearly committed to ensuring their guests have everything they need and all the things we didn't know we needed! This place would also be great for multiples (generational or families) as the loft upstairs provides a whole other area to retreat to (kids or solitude). Also need to mention how much I loved the neighbors Osprey nest & cam - so cool to watch!

What a FANTASTIC home. Trust me when I say the pictures don’t do this home justice! Hosts promptly answered messages and provided a helpful list: great kids’ spots, golf course, beaches and restaurants. Their recommendations were bang on. This spotless and spacious house is perfectly nestled on a bay with a beautiful view of sunsets. Close to Charlottetown for night life/shopping and countless beautiful beaches.Quality focused including hotel quality linen and towels, and an extremely well stocked kitchen (thank you for having a garlic press!).Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of board games and books for the rainy days. The massive backyard offers a fire pit and even a horseshoe pit. You will want to relax and enjoy a bbq’d surf and turf dinner then snuggle on the back porch for a front row seat to the BEST sunsets!We will rent this home again!

This place exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful home with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the water while sitting and having a cup of tea in the living room, having a glass of wine on the deck, or enjoying lunch in the sunroom. It's in a great location with a short drive to cute shops, great restaurants, a national park for a wonderful walk, or even to Charlottetown to take in all it has to offer.We appreciated all of the owner's suggestions on places to go. We did them all, and everything was perfect. It was an awesome trip, and we've been telling our friends and family that we want to take them to PEI and will definitely stay here again.

The property is beautifully appointed, spacious, and has all the amenities of home. It is in close proximity to numerous beaches, Charlottetown, and shopping! However, the most impressive aspect of this property is the vistas. From every window, one sees water, flora, and unequivocally the most breathtaking sunset anywhere on the island! We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting PEI! We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you Julie and Kevin for opening up your amazing abode to us on our first trip to PEI! Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage on PEI. The property is spotless, comfortable, and incredibly cozy—it truly feels like a home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.One of our favorite parts was watching the breathtaking sunsets each evening, followed by gathering around the fire pit to enjoy quality family time. The property is also well-equipped with everything you need for a fun day at the beach, including beach chairs, toys, horseshoes, and a laundry room, which was especially convenient for our family.We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our vacation and made so many wonderful memories here. If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and well-appointed place to stay on PEI, we couldn’t recommend this cottage more highly. We would love to come back!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The house and grounds exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, clean and well-equipped for a cozy island getaway. The view from the back of the house and master bedroom are incredible and everyone in the area is friendly.Julie and Kevin are such approachable and organized hosts. The recommendations they provided for site-seeing and local gems did not disappoint! We spent 4 nights in PEI and these were some of the highlights:-seeing the lupines in full bloom (we were there in late June)-coffee on the porch in the morning and sunsets in the evening-lobster and mussel dinner at the Blue Mussel Cafe-Beach walk and Fish and Chips at Richard’s-walking the board walks at Greenwich Beach and the trails at Anne of Green Gables-Baked goods and local items at The Red Barn and Gallant’s Clover Farm-Cow’s Icecream-touring the Basilica in Charlottetown

Walked into an inspiring scene in the backyard through patio door windows. The seating area was arranged to get the full benefit of social interaction as well as enjoying the view. Lots of space for people to eat, move around and experience the outdoors.

Such a beautiful home and lovely setting. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Top floor with four beds perfect for kids having their own space. Outside was lots of room for running around and sitting and enjoying the view of the water.Host was very helpful and easy to reach. The sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed as the sun reflects beautifully on the water.Would highly recommend this home and hope to return soon
