Escape to Casa Palma Real — a private canal-front pool home in sunny Bradenton, Florida, just a short drive to Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach, and Holmes Beach.



This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront retreat offers the perfect blend of Florida relaxation, family-friendly comfort, and easy coastal living. Spend your mornings with coffee by the canal, afternoons lounging beside your private pool, and evenings grilling outdoors while the sunset reflects over the water.



Inside, guests will enjoy a bright open-concept layout with coastal décor, a spacious living room, large flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, dining space, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing beach-area getaway.



The outdoor space is the highlight of Casa Palma Real. Enjoy a private canal-front pool, peaceful water views, outdoor dining, an electric grill, and a private dock for fishing or relaxing by the water. Guests often enjoy up close Manatee sightings! Please note- boat parking is permitted. Bumpers and ropes are not provided. Fishing poles not provided.

Pet Policy-



One small, well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval.

Pet fee: $200 + tax

Approval must be obtained before booking.

No cats.

No dogs in the pool.



Additional Notes-



Garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest parking.

For stays of 60 days or longer, a required mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled and a fee applies.

Linen program includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest up to the home’s maximum occupancy.

We enjoyed our stay it was so relaxing, the pool was awesome and clean. Parking was good, the house was amazing the beds were so comfortable and the baths were awesome. This is an place the hosts were amazing thank you.

Great property! It was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay.The location is great, with the beach only about 15 minutes away. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. All the beach equipment was available, the pool was clean and ready to use, and the kitchen was well stocked, including coffee machines and other essentials.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again

We had a fabulous week at this property! It’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the hosts were accommodating and had great communication. We watched dolphins and manatees swim in the canal and really enjoyed pool.

We had an incredible two weeks! The location, views, and wildlife were absolutely spectacular, and the amenities had everything our family needed to feel right at home. Our host was exceptional, so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that checks every single box, but this did. We’re already looking forward to coming back!!

The house was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The location was nice. The AC in the home could not keep up. Sleeping was miserable. We purchased box fans to make it through the rest of our stay. The pool was like a hot tub. temp of the pool stayed at 102-104 the entire stay. The washer and dryer was small but at least they had one! They had plenty of beach supplies which was nice! The pillows are not great. The host was easy to contact and was very responsive.

This property has a lot of good and little of need in some areas. Let’s start with the host and communication, this was a solid 10. The house is comfortable enough for a party of 6-8. , this is a solid 9. The back yard and pool area are in need of a make-over. The pool and patio furniture need to be upgraded. I give this a 6. The inside of the home is well kept and has a good open floor plan to keep everyone involved and comfortable. This is a solid 9. The parking space is great as well and I’ll give this a solid 9. The bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable, however if you like hot showers, skip this house. It needs a newer water heater or something, because we never felt hot water while showering . Maybe it’s a timer thing or the solar panel onto of the garage that is to heat up the water but showers were not cold tap water temp. One cool feature is the BQ .. I have never seen an electric grill but it works extremely well and no fire. It is a bit hard to clean the crates but it comes with the territory of using a grill. Overall, I would stay here again. I give it a solid 8 out of 10. But hopefully the can update the back area and improve the water / shower temperature issue.

Our stay was pleasant overall, and we enjoyed the property. However, I would like to share a few suggestions that could help improve the experience for future guests.Starting with the exterior, this was the first time we have stayed at a property with a pool area that was not enclosed with a screen. Because of the mosquitoes, we had to purchase mosquito candles and a few additional items to make the outdoor area more comfortable.Inside the home, I reported an issue with the toilet, and I appreciate that someone came out to repair it promptly. Thank you for taking care of that.The bedrooms were quite warm, especially the master bedroom. A ceiling fan or an additional fan to help circulate the air from the AC vents would make the room much more comfortable.We also had to wait until Monday to dispose of our trash because the container was already full when we arrived. I reported the issue, but unfortunately there was not much that could be done since the pickup truck only comes on Mondays.Despite these minor issues, we believe this is a good place to stay. We hope this review is helpful and constructive, and we would be happy to consider returning for future vacations.
