Charming turn of the century Colonial home with modern updates located 4 miles from 2016,18,19 Trip Advisor’s #1 Beach “Clearwater Beach”. This home was recently updated to enjoy a touch of luxury as well as keeping that old beautiful charm. The home offers a pool to relax in after a long day at the beach! The home is located in a quit neighborhood minutes from anything that you will need. Perfect location to enjoy all of that Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg has to offer. This 2000 sqft home has plenty of space and room for your family and friends!

The space
The home was recently updated while being mindful in keeping the old historic features that only an old world Florida home could offer! The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath with a game area that can accommodate 12 quest.

The home has 3 queen beds, 2 full beds and a blow up mattress.

The Kitchen is state of the art with stainless steel appliances gas stove, granite counter tops a Keurig coffee system and microwave.

The Living Room features a beautiful fireplace, Tv, piano and large area to relax and play.

The Dinning room has a cozy table and chairs to enjoy meals or get some work done.

The Game area has a table for kids to color, foosball table, basket ball hoop game and also access to the full size washer and dyer.

The Down stairs bath is a cute 1/2 bath at is true to Colonial charm

Up Stairs you will find all the bedrooms as well as two full baths.

The Master bedroom has a unique exposed chimney wall with 2 Queen bed and access to the Master bath that has been completed updated with a luxuries massage body jet shower fixture.

The Front bedroom is clean and freshly updated with 1 Queen bed

The Back bedroom is clean and freshly updated with 2 Full beds

Main bathroom has a tub to soaking in with waterfall tub filler and rain fall shower head.

Our area is a vacation paradise, close to top rated beaches, shopping, restaurants, Golf courses, spring training grounds for multiple MLB teams, driving distance to Theme parks and so much more. After enjoying our gorgeous beaches you can grill in the back yard of the home and enjoy the fire pit and corn hole boards.

Guest access
Guest will have access to all the areas of the home with exception to the attic and one small closet. Outside Guest have access to entire yard with exception to the garage area. We ask that guest keep the windows closed and locked with exception of a fire or emergency. Also the home is not completely ‘child proof’ please be cautious with young children. All Outlets are Temper Resistant.

The home has WIFi and a ROKU tv that allows you to access you own subscriptions for streaming networks.

Ehh

The location was pretty convenient to everything and the house was nice on the inside but the pool hadn’t been cleaned and was unswimmable until the time of our checkout when the pool man showed up to clean it. Was a little upset over that especially since I was there with children and one of the reasons we chose this property was the pool. All the chairs outside were filthy and I was responsible for taking the trash cans to the road that were jam packed with other people’s trash. Felt a little salty over that too. For the amount of money I spent on this property I felt pretty let down. The house is nice though just not well taken care of.

Misrepresentation

The pool was green and full of leaves, not swimmable. When we arrived the queen blow up was covered in mold. This was replaced with a different one that went flat right away. Nothing was done about this for our final night and 2 guests slept 3 nights on the wood floor. I asked for 1 night refund and still have not received it. Dustin was very great to work with in the beginning but when things started to go wrong he was not willing to make it right. I don’t do negative reviews on a places I’ve stayed before but to pick a place with a pool (couldn’t use) and have 2 guests on a wood floor the entire stay wasn’t something I want someone else to deal with. Otherwise, the house was clean!

Great communication

We had good communication with the owner. The electrical could use updating. The house needs more furniture in the living room and the recreation area. Otherwise we had a great time!

Lizards everywhere

The overall property was nice other than the lizards everywhere. We could not use the pool on the grounds nor could we use the backyard grounds area because of the lizards. In the game room, the basketball machine score board was disconnected and wasn't working. The fooseball game players were falling apart and the electrical part didn't work. The pool and game room were my main focus when I choose this place. We could've used a regular sized ironing board. The house itself was nice... all of my guest didn't come so the rooms were comfortable. Thanks for responding to my questions in such a timely manner... I would recommend this place to someone who isn't afraid of lizards like me.

Great stay

Some friends and I stayed for a golf trip. Great house, clean and updated. Great location to everything and the owner is very responsive. Everyone had a fabulous time.

Oh boy...

We had such a terrible check in process that we were about to leave the place.... No help from the owner/manager or Vrbo... Pros: hard to say... overall we stayed there or we had to pay for another place. Cons: check in process terrible.. the place was open after we waited 45m for codes and did not get them we went to front door and it was open... back door open with no way to close anything. Would you leave your belongins in such a scenario in unfamiliar place? Vrbo did not help with anything owner was trying to fix some problems but patching things is not a sollution. Overall pictures misleading, pool we did not use kind of afraid to use it. We stayed there since we had no choice vrbo would not provide another replacement nor refund.

Could be great!

The home was great. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the location to Clear Water Beach is just a short drive, and the overall layout of the home was perfect for a family. Only 2 old beatup pans to cook with, only 4 chairs to sit at the table, only 1 couch to sit at, the BBQ was junk and the rooms have 0 dressers for clothes or hangers in closet. It felt more like camping in a house than a home away from home. If you have a three-bedroom home you should have Sitting Arrangements, kitchen utensils and all of those good things for a three-bedroom home. It was set up more like a one-bedroom home for relaxing at the house, cooking and eating. The owner was awsome with communication and very helpful. If the owner adds to the home it could be the perfect spot

Amazing Holiday Stay

Dustin the host was awesome, great communication and went the extra mile to make sure my family and I had an amazing holiday stay. The house is beautiful and comes with great amenities that add to the experience. Will definitely recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a family home for their vacation.
