The swim spa is amazing! The backyard was wonderful to hang out in both during the day and at night. The house was in a nice quiet development and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and a fantastic place to stay while in Clearwater.

Nick was the most accommodating host and communicated quickly with any questions we had. We stayed a month and had our cat in tow. She loved exploring the fenced- in back yard and we were relieved not to board her for a month back home! We chose this property for location since it’s close to great beaches and the Clearwater Sailing Club. Also a stone’s throw to any shopping needs. We enjoyed the Spa Pool as well, it was very well maintained and a great way to end a beach day. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone who travels with a pet or is looking for easy access to all the area has to offer!

I can't pick just one thing that stood out! I will start with our hosts. Fabulous communicating and have everything spelled out within the house. It was so cozy. The location was close to all we had to do. We plan to return next time we go to Clearwater.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nick and Sara's property. The home was well care for and clean. The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hot tub pool clean and relaxing and gave us a place to relax at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this location for anyone with a family as there was plenty of room for everyone. The beaches are just a few minutes away and this home is located just a few moments away from shopping centers and grocery stores.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Sara’s place! The location was perfect for our family. It was close to several of the most beautiful beaches and just a short drive to all the attractions in Tampa, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The home was impeccably clean and, without a doubt, one of the most organized places we’ve ever stayed. Every detail had been thoughtfully planned. I honestly wish I could borrow their organizer to come help with my own house! The beds were very comfortable, and the blackout shades were great. They helped keep the bedrooms cool for sleeping. We didn’t have any issues to be addressed, but the host was super fast to respond to questions. The swim spa and the game room were also a highlight of our stay. The spa was spotless, relaxing, and a huge hit, even mid day in July! The epoxy coating on the game room (garage) floor was very nice and I want that at my house too. Our kids enjoyed learning to play pool and it was a comfortable temperature day and night to use the game room.Nick and Sara have created a beautiful, welcoming home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well-located place to stay!

Meghan, thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful review! It truly means the world to us that you noticed all the little details we put into creating a clean, organized, and comfortable home. Your comment about borrowing our organizer definitely gave us a laugh! 😄 We're so happy your family enjoyed the swim spa, game room, and all the nearby beaches and attractions. The game and fitness room is one of our newest additions and is still a work in progress. We're planning to add a few more games and a multi gym, so hopefully you'll have even more to enjoy next time. Reading that your kids made memories learning to play billiards truly warmed our hearts. That's exactly why we love hosting. 🩵 It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. We'd love to welcome you back anytime. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation! ⭐🏡

Our stay at this Clearwater, Florida home was nothing short of perfection. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and decorated beautifully, making it feel both comfortable and inviting. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—items were clearly labeled, amenities were easy to find, and everything we could possibly need was provided- even a beach umbrella and beach chairs in perfect condition! There was even a helpful booklet full of information about the area, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, and the spa pool in the backyard was the best touch to the yard. Nick and Sara were incredible hosts—always quick to respond to any question and readily available if we needed anything. All information for check in and check out was listed out for us- check in was so easy - access to the house was made convenient and private. We were lucky enough to meet and chat with Nick in person, which made the experience even more personal and special. It was truly a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back!
