Enjoy tranquil dam views, dazzling sunsets, grazing horses, and a cosy country stay at our peaceful working agistment property. Wander the beautiful land, sit by the waterfall when it's flowing or watch the horses graze. A serene get away from the busy lifestyle of suburbia and the city. The large, deep dam with beach like shore is perfect for canoeing, swimming or flying from the rope swing. Throw the Marron nets in during the season, or simply sit and watch the birds play. Explore the area such as North Dandalup Dam or just 12 minutes away is Variations Distillery with Award winning Gin and delicious Pizzas.
Our family friendly place is perfect for a weekend with the kids where you can all let your hair down and take a breath in nature. Our friendly dogs may come say Hi. The Farm Cottage has rich history and a cosy feel. A fireplace for warming winter nights and aircon for those hot days. Decorated with country Charm and warmth to provide a home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Willowbrook! It totally exceeded our expectations.. super cosy and had all the essentials we needed. It honestly felt like a hotel right in the middle of a farm. The kids will love feeding the horses, hitting the swings and playing with the dogs. Plus, they can even use the kayaks! A total hidden gem!

Such a beautiful tranquil country get away, morning stroll with a cuppa and carrots for the horses. Lunch at the Serpentine Falls Tavern, a very steep hike at Baldwins Bluff, then a walk to the Serpentine Falls. To end the day we relaxed back at the grounds of the cottage overlooking the dam with a wine or two, watching the sun go down and the picturesque reflections of the trees and clouds on the dam. Host Asha was very friendly and the cottage had everything you needed. Definately will be back.

We weren't entirely sure we were at the right place initially, but Asha's instructions were good and we found the house without any problem. Asha and Matt were friendly and welcoming and we felt very much at home wandering around the property. We'd definitely come back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Willowbrook Cottage. The property was so peaceful and provided an absolutely beautiful setting with the trees, dam and horses. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need, the beds were super comfy and the whole place had a warm and inviting feel. The kids enjoyed kayaking on the dam, catching marron, playing with the friendly dogs and saying hello to the horses. Us adults enjoyed the tranquillity, the many lovely places to sit and take everything in, and the opportunity to rest & recharge in the most perfect environment. Our hosts Asha & Matt were welcoming, friendly and great at communicating - thank you so much for sharing you fabulous property with us, we will definitely be back.

We loved everything about Williwbrook. The contact and information provided by our hosts was brilliant. The moment we arrived, we were blown away with just how beautiful and serene it was. Our boys didn’t hesitate in taking the kayaks out on the dam. We were warmly greeted by Toby and Buddy (the dogs) ❤️ Carrots waiting in the fridge for us to go meet and feed the horses. Ari and Eli both beautiful and happy for our boys to meet and feed them. The facilities were immaculate. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Everything you could think of and more is provided. Linen, milk, tea, coffee, drinking water, even marshmallows for the fire pit (which had wood all cut and waiting for us to use), TV and wifi, board games, beach towels. The weather was perfect while we were there. Great big grass area to play with the Frisbee. Watching the stunning sunset, whilst sitting down by the dam. Enjoying the swing chair under the trees. Exploring the entire property that was opened up for us to go wonder about. Meeting all the other horses. We didn’t venture out to far but did go for a walk around the North Dandalup Dam. Great views. Communication with Asha and Matt during our stay there was great. And they were on hand if we needed anything. Not that anything was needed as they’d already provided everything and more than we’d expected. We will definitely be returning. Willowbrook provided us with the perfect country get away we were looking for.
