It is secured by an electric blanket. Sunbeds and pool mattresses available. The pool is cleaned on the arrival of the tenants.

- a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, opening onto a terrace with a view of the garden and swimming pool, shaded by an electric awning,
- a large open living room with functional fireplace
- a dining room
All rooms are very bright and the windows have double and triple glazing. There is a toilet on each floor.

- a first master bedroom with bathroom, bath and shower and balcony,
- a second air-conditioned double bedroom with shower room,
- a third air-conditioned double bedroom with water point

Two other bedrooms can be made available.

It is possible to park 2 vehicles in the driveway of the house.
Pets are allowed within the limit of one cat or dog but any resulting damage will result in the enforcement of part of the deposit or an additional cost.
