Convenient location to shopping, beaches, fishing, and downtown eating and events.

Large spacious master suite with huge soaking tub and walk-in shower. The king-sized bed makes this room a luxurious getaway for anyone.

Televisions in all 3 bedrooms and in the comfy living room, all new appliances, washer and dryer, large seating area under the lanai and of course a beautiful pool.

High-speed internet and we have a new HP printer /scanner/copier available for use.
This neighborhood is a nice area for taking walks and enjoying the fresh air.

Everything you need for a day at the beach: Beach chairs, blankets, coolers…

Everything for a toddler: high chair, strollers, pack’s play; life jackets for children…

Great stay

We enjoyed this property and felt that the owners were quick to respond to inquiries. It was conveniently located and it met our needs very well. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Came With Everything

House was just as described and had everything you could possibly need. Sunscreen, after sun, so many towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair detangler, plenty of beach toys, chairs, beach towels, canopy, etc. Fully stocked kitchen accessories and basic pantry items. Owners were very nice and accommodating and quick to reply to communication. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! This cozy property was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the Hosts have thought of everything! Donna was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay! I cant wait to plan my next getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything that you need to enjoy the pool or beach was at the house. Donna was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

House made our trip amazing

This house checked all the boxes! The location was convenient to go explore all of the area beaches and islands. Quick access to lots of dining options! Let me say, the host offers so many extras that make your stay stress free. We were able to take a few days of our trip just to relax at pool and enjoy the sun. We would definitely be back with our family.

Nice Get-away

Only downside, not enough light in dining area. Owners said they had plans to add cam lighting and that should sve issue. Would stay here again!

A wonderful stay!

The home was super clean, cozy, spacious and properly prepared for our staycation. We had a lovely time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Donna was super responsive and so kind. Everything we could have wanted and more.

The house is beautiful. Quiet location. Clean. It had anything you would need and more. Easy check in process. Easy communication with quick responses from host. We definitely felt like we were at our own home. We plan on returning in the future to this rental.

First time not staying at moms house.

A charming home with everything you need. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The house is equipped to handle a family from a late night check in to comfort from the very start. The pool is immaculate. Can't wait to stay here again. My new home away from home. Thank you.

Glad We Found this Gem!

This house is exactly like the pictures - only better. The pictures don't show all the little touches the owners have put into it to make you feel welcome the minute you open the door. It was just my husband and I but this house would be very comfortable with other couples or children - they even supply many children items (pack n play, pool toys, games, etc) for children. Check in was easy and Donna sent us an email after the first day to ask if we had any questions or needed anything. The pool is beautiful- what a great way to start and end your day! The neighborhood is near everything - but very quiet. We hope to be back for a longer stay!

Feels almost like at home

The villa is equipped with almost everything you need (even an abundance of pool toys for the kids are there!), making it easy to relax and enjoy the time in and around Cape Coral. From a value perspective a really great rental! The pictures definitely provide an accurate impression! Thank you to Donna and Mark. It shows that you put a lot of effort into trying to make everybody feel comfortable and at home there! Personal sidenote: We really appreciated the code lock (no physical key needed needded to be picked up) as we were arriving around 2am as that saved us from having to spend another night at a hotel!

Excellent Stay for Family Vacation

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I am writing this review with no hesitation, as my family and I had an excellent experience staying in this home for 8 nights! This home is just as it is advertised and all the other awesome reviews about this place hold true. I would consider Donna to be a five star host: she is as kind as she is responsive and made our vacation very enjoyable. Although I have never met Donna, I can say that I think highly of her and her place, because she genuinely cares about giving families an exceptional experience at her Cape Coral home. The location is convenient to amenities and services, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Most of our time was spent hanging out in the lanai and very clean pool - we loved every moment!! As a mother of a two year old, my main concern was finding a place that was practical for our young family and this was the perfect find. I am already thinking about when we should return and am very sure we will stay here again. There is certainly much more I could mention about our wonderful stay, but overall if you are looking for a practical, functional and welcoming place to relax (paired with a host that does the most).. this is the one!!

Great place, great location

Very nice three bedroom, two bath property, great pool and plenty of space for 4-6 adults or family with kids. Very well appointed property, had everything we needed and wanted. Great communication with owner. Would gladly stay there again. Probably our favorite place out of the many VRBO we have used.

Exceptional all around

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. 3 generous bedrooms all charmingly decorated. We loved the heated pool and spent most of our time on the back lanai. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is supplied. We loved it so much, we are booked in for next year. Host Donna is amazing. You can’t go wrong booking this home away from home….cheers

Great stay in Cape Coral

We grew up in Cape Coral and we enjoy being able to come back and visit our friends and family. This home is perfectly located to easily access all the attractions and beautiful sights in the area. The pool is large and warm! The McCaws are wonderful hosts. Their home has everything you need, great communication and accommodating to enhancing your stay.

Family vacation

This home was is set in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything we needed. The pool was wonderful!! This home had all the amenities you could ask for, a Christmas tree was also available for our using. That was a special touch that made our stay more welcoming.

My husband is a semi-retired agri-salesman. He grew up on a farm and loves the outdoors. He has many talents and loves woodworking. I am a retired school administrator and university professor. I love working with people, reading, and doing crafts. We have a beautiful daughter, an amazing son-in-law, and 2 wonderful granddaughters.

We spent a winter month in a rental in Cape Coral and fell in love with the climate, the people, the amazing flea markets, beaches, farmer markets, and events! You will too! We loved it so much that we decided to buy a house. We furnished it in a manner for comfort and relaxation; purchasing appliances, mattresses, and other items that we would have in our own home. We did not put the "rental type" of products in because we want you to feel welcome and at home. We know that "getting away" can be stressful in and of itself, so we tried to give you an environment where you can just "be" with family or friends or by yourself.

Plenty of opportunities for exercise.
It's a wonderful walking neighborhood. Safe. Clean. Friendly!
It really is quiet - which has become rarer and rarer in today's busy world.
