This 2-room, 25-square-meter apartment is located in the Le JETAY residence, just below the Croisette (the main square in Les Ménuires), a 5-minute walk away, so you can enjoy the many shops and activities in the heart of the resort. 200 meters from the pool—Aquaclub Spa
On the 1st floor, facing west-southwest (sunlight in the apartment from early afternoon until the end of the day). The living room with balcony and the bedroom overlook the valley and the slopes of Mont de la Masse.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding partition that, when opened during the day, creates a more open and spacious feel in the apartment.
The residence is at the foot of the slopes, so all you have to do is put on your skis—the slope is right there!
A large free parking lot is located right at the residence.

The apartment consists of:
- A main room with a kitchenette area and a sofa that converts into two pull-out beds (Bultex mattresses).
- A separate bedroom with a second pull-out bed (double) and a large 2m x 2m closet to store all your belongings.
- A wall-mounted TV allows you to watch whatever you like.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet.
- A ski locker is located on Level -1

You’ll find cooking equipment (conventional oven, microwave, frying pans, pots, etc.), along with a raclette machine and a fondue set.
