Tel. 04 (75, 37); (75;33) Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the small village of St. Germain, Véronique and Gérard welcome you to their vacation rental, located on the upper floor of their home. <br>This 70-square-meter guesthouse for 4 people features two bedrooms (each with a 140-cm bed), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living-dining room with a TV area.<br>On the first floor, an outdoor area allows you to relax on the private terrace, which is about 20 square meters and offers direct access to the shared pool (shared only with the owners), and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the surrounding scrubland.<br>You’ll also find a game room/library (also shared with the owners) and a pétanque court for enthusiasts.<br>Ideally located in the heart of southern Ardèche, St. Germain is close to the most famous tourist attractions: the Chauvet II Cave, the Ardèche Gorges, Vallon Pont d’Arc, as well as magnificent medieval villages to explore and the stunning Ardèche mountains, lakes, and lava flows—all less than an hour’s drive away.<br>Amid these wild landscapes, numerous outdoor activities are available just a few kilometers away (canoeing, tree-top adventure courses, microlight flights, pendulum jumps, via ferrata, and more). <br>You can even lace up your hiking boots and set off from the house along the rocky trails beneath the canopy of oak trees, accompanied by the heady sound of cicadas, for a hike through the grassy meadows to the vertiginous cliffs overlooking the Ardèche.<br>For cycling enthusiasts, the greenway is accessible from Vogué-gare (3 km) and will take you to Ruoms and its gorges or to Aubenas and its medieval town.<br>On the cultural front, the Ardèche is brimming with festivals: the documentary film festival in Lussas, the Aluna Festival in Ruoms, Labeaume en Musique, and more…
