Looking for amazing views in a dream location to kick off your Alaska adventure? Look no further! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is comfortable and well appointed with mountain and ocean views right outside your window. It is conveniently located in an exclusive Eagle River neighborhood, close to shopping and access to the Glenn Highway, as a home base for your Alaska travels. You'll find a quaint pond across the street, with the Eagle River Nature Center just a short drive down the road.

The apartment includes a private deck for grilling and chilling, a fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry, and extra room for parking. You will also love having access to DirecTV channels, so you don't miss your favorite shows! The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and coffee/tea bar, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender and full size appliances. Be sure to hit the snack bar and hydration station when you walk through the door!

Guests will enjoy a contactless check-in process with hosts sending your personal door code in advance of your stay, along with local recommendations for shopping and attractions.

The apartment includes outdoor security monitoring for the safety of guests at door and parking areas. We strictly adhere to VRBO policies to ensure privacy and security of hosts and guests. This unit relies on a well for water service.

Very Clean and Cozy

We enjoyed out time in Eagle River. It was perfect for our short stay. Not too far from the airport and a lot of great places to hike and eat!

Beautiful property in a Quiet setting

Immaculate describes this apartment best! I think quite frankly the most well thought out VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Cynthia’s apartment was spotlessly clean, beautiful furnishings, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked down to even having snacks for guests. Communication couldn’t have been better, my daughter that lives in Eagle River wanted to rent the apartment full time!! We will definitely be back for our next visit to Eagle River!

Great Stay!

Loved this very homey lower level apartment. It was very centrally located and easy to get anywhere we wanted go go. Host so generous with snacks, coffee and tea. Bed very comfy.

Perfect location!

Just outside Anchorage makes this the perfect location. The view is beautiful, and having snacks on the counter and amenities in the bathroom makes this place so welcoming. Super clean and great beds. 10 out of 10!!

Cozy with nice view and little touches

Beautiful view of the Knik Arm, perfectly situated within a short distance of the grocery store and shops, appreciated the little touches left around the house...from the coffee, snacks, personal toiletries, and the space heaters.

Alaskan Adventure

My 19yr old son and I really enjoyed our time in this wonderful vacation rental ! Very spacious and everything seemed brand new !! We were the first to use the new gas grill which was totally equipped.. The views are jaw dropping and the neighborhood was a real pleasure to walk in with one home more outstanding then the last …After visiting Denali the apartment was a total joy to cook and relax in once we got back home

Well appointed apartment

The unit was basically a two bedroom appointment. The apartment was well-appointed and nicely decorated. The view was great. The only criticism of the stay - the owner lives upstairs and I believe they have hardwood or laminate floors. In the evening I could hear every step they took. It didn't go on very late; it didn't impede on my sleep. If I stayed in a hotel, I could have had the very same experience. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

This was our wonderful home for 2 weeks. Everything was provided: lots of cozy blankets, heaters in every room, snack assortment in kitchen to welcome you, large closets and dressers, comfortable beds and linens. A basket in the bathroom held everything you might need. And Jitters, the best coffee shop, is less than 5 min away. We will be back for sure!

The apartment is absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the fireplace was already on, making the house feel so cozy and welcoming — such a thoughtful touch! The owners have truly thought of every little detail to make guests feel right at home. From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the well-stocked amenities, and beautiful views, everything exceeded our expectations.This place should be the gold standard for vacation rentals — we can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!

This property should be the standard for all VRBOs. The property had everything and anything one could possibly need for the perfect vacation. Located only 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage. Communication between myself and the host was immediate and productive. Our visit to Alaska was awesome and a large part of it was this VRBO. Highly recommended!!

It's called an apartment but it feels like a home.Wonderful and comfortable decor and beautiful artwork in every room. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and snacks.We arrived after midnight and it was great to have breakfast bars and coffee before having to go out for other neccessities. A perfect location for traveling north or south for adventures. Lovely views and beautiful landscapes great you everyday. We loved our stay here and will recommend it to everyone we know. Cynthia was friendly and approachable with any request.

Very nice place. Great views as shown in the pictures. Gas fireplace was a nice warming piece. Washer / dryer an important feature for us. There was good communication from the owners particularly when we had a problem with the internet. The network they wanted us to use went down on day two and never came back. They were kind enough to let us use a secondary network but things moved a bit more slowly (accessing websites needed to use for school).On the downside, the one bathroom had a shower head which was suited more for shorter people - less than 5'6" I would estimate. At 5'10", I had to bend down to wash my hair so that was annoying. Also, as this is a lower floor unit, we heard a fair amount of creaking and footsteps along with conversations from the upstairs unit. It did wake us up one night and could be heard most mornings and evenings, though not too early or too late.Parking was good for our one vehicle. Might be a tight squeeze for two larger vehicle (i.e. Toyota 4-Runner). The location was very nice located up a hill and pretty convenient to the main road in town.Again, a nice place - very clean and full of great amenities but due to the aforementioned items, they're the reasons why this is being rated at 4 stars.

The apartment has stunning views right outside the front door! You can see bear, moose, fox, lynx and eagles frequently in this area. The Eagle River Nature Center is located just down the road. This is a great home base for you Alaska adventures, great highway access, in a safe and exclusive neighborhood with shopping nearby.

The apartment is tucked away in a private location with amazing mountain and water views. Guests will enjoy the quiet of nature but also enjoy easy access to any number of adventures off the road system. The neighborhood attracts lots of wildlife, too!
