You can relax on the private balcony overlooking the sunset or take advantage of the assigned parking (ideal for your boat). The location couldn't be better, very close to the Packery Channel for fishing and Bob Hall Pier.
Beautiful 3rd-floor condo with 1 King bed & 1 Queen Sofa bed, within walking distance to the beach and golf cart rentals, with boat parking. The condo has a king-size bed in the master, fresh linens and towels, and provides free wifi, with flat screen 55" TVs complete with a DVD player. The sofa folds out to a sleeper, and the living area has plenty of room with a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances. The bedroom will give you privacy for couples traveling together or let your kids think they have the living room all to themself for late-night movies and popcorn. ⭐️Flexible rental period for longer stay from October 2026 to April 2027 with a 10% discount.

Veronica is an amazing host. Responds quickly to all questions and inquiries. Property was just as described and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. Spent most of the time at the beach with my daughter and grandson but it was nice to come back to the condo that had everything you could possibly need to make it seem like home minus the stress! Great property!

Unfortunately we only got to stay one night of the three we are booked because of a family emergency. The bed was very comfortable set up with the condo is really nice. I would definitely stay here again. I would note for anyone who might have physical limitations. It is up a few flights of stairs to the condo.

Location was great. The condo was cozy and very comfortable and so close to the beach and surrounding food and entertainment venues. The host was extremely communicative, and nice. Would def book again!

The host was extremely available for all of my questions and very helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expected. However , the apt complex was very run down, trash on the ground, bottom of the pool covered in sand, used bandaides laying on a pool recliner. There didn't appear to be anyone responsible for clean up. The pictures of the complex are very misleading. The bottom floor of the appartments are garages,which aren't pictured, the garage doors desperately need painting , it felt like a forgotten apt complex on the out skirts of towninstead of a beach vacation spot! Again , the host was extremely helpful and available via text or call when I needed. The appartment was clean and well stocked. That rates a 10! The grounds was a 2, at best .

Teresa, I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The condominium complex does have garages. As I mentioned before to you, the property is currently undergoing renovations, and this information is also disclosed in the VRBO listing. I’m sorry if that detail was overlooked. I also explained that, while renovations are in progress, there would not be construction noise affecting your stay. Because the property is located just steps from the beach, the salty coastal environment has caused some of the exterior paint, including on the garages, to fade over time. Fortunately, the HOA is actively making improvements, and repainting and other exterior updates are part of those ongoing efforts to enhance the appearance of the community. While I cannot control the condition or actions of other owners or guests within the complex, I take great pride in maintaining my own condo. Throughout your stay, you told me how much you loved the interior and how clean and well cared for it was, and I’m grateful for those kind comments. I appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Very easy to communicate and work with property manager. We spent most our time at the beach not inside our place. But it’s close to the beach which is nice and a good place to cool down and crash in the evenings. “Ocean View” is technically true but a little misleading. You pretty much get what you pay for here.

Plus, you’re just minutes from great restaurants, bars, and other local attractions, so you can relax, have fun, and enjoy your vacation without having to drive far.
